Hotel was in the perfect location close to all big shopping centres and another plus was it was very clean. Room service was always top standard and consistent however it was big let down that the hotel didn’t communicate the spa/pool pictured was not available during the whole of my stay. If I’m not mistaken it should be clearly communicated to guests prior to accepting bookings if the included amenities are unavailable especially if for long periods. In addition, if the spa is unavailable the lift and level to the spa should be unavailable for guests to swipe to that level.. I went to inspect it (not knowing it’s being renovated) and got stuck on the level as there are no buttons to go back up.. Highly recommended however, it would be nice if the hotel was a bit more mindful with regarding the communicating to guests about renovation of spa and how long it’s being fixed + not allow access down to that level if there is no way back up

El lugar es excelente, la ubicación es inmejorable, la limpieza muy buena. Todo equipado (solo hacía falta un trapo en la cocina). Recomiendo mucho quedarse en este lugar. Solo creo que la comunicación con el host debe mejorar por esta app, llegué a la estancia y no me habían compartido la clave de wifi, y no contestaban el teléfono que tienen acá. Gracias a la vida me había quedado en otro lugar con ese mismo host y pude contactarles, y se solucionó, pero de no ser así creo que me hubiese tocado hacer muchas cosas para conseguir la clave. Sin embargo, ya con el número, son diligentes, resuelven todo rápido, te ayudan en lo que necesites, etc. Recomiendo mucho reservar acá! 🫶🏽💜

An OK hotel for a night either waiting for an early morning flight or in transit. The half-houly shuttle was good (top and bottom of the hour) and breakfast was good. The pillows in the room were way too large and the bed was a bit saggy.

Nice hotel located in safe area of city. Breakfast buffet is really good. By some reason it advertises through this app that hotel has a pool and facility does not. There is a nice sauna on the eighth floor.

酒店離九公園近，周邊比較熱鬧，房間很大、但是陽台和旁邊房間是通的，在我們沒有開 陽台門的情況，服務員竟然在我們外出時開了門，一直説波哥大治安一般，所以還是有點怕的！其他都還行，就是旁邊在修地鐵，有點吵

性價比很高，位置便利，靠近機場，酒店就在大馬路旁邊，這個價格能有空間那麼大的套房，在南美來説真的很難得，還有開放式小廚房，晚上可以自己做飯，這對中國胃來説，身處異國能吃上熱乎乎的中餐，幸福感滿滿😋👍

Very comfortable, quiet and modern rooms. Excellent quality breakfast. Facilities not really tested. Location may be a little out of the main dining and shopping areas for some, but it's easily accessible by transmillenio buses and taxis are readily available and very affordable. I would have loved to have stayed longer

Прекрасный отель в идеальной локации. В отеле все отлично: - быстрое заселение - идеально чистый номер - комфортная температура - отличный завтрак. Но главное это локация, отель находится в безопасном районе и рядом множество ресторанов, кофеен, клубов, торговых центров
