Overall a great stay.
The Pros: The breakfast was definitely the highlight—a wide variety of Western and Chinese dishes. You must try the beef noodles; they were honestly better than many outside restaurants! The service was excellent across the board, from the restaurant to the front desk. They even gave us fruit and drinks as a farewell gift, which was a lovely touch.
The Cons: To be honest, the hardware and facilities are showing their age. The shower water wasn't hot enough at first, but after we called, the engineering team arrived quickly and fixed the issue immediately.

We had a great time at the hotel, very kind staff, they can speak a little english, from repection to lobby bar, check in and out both went smoothly. The room was comfy and clean, good view to the city even if it was only on 46. floor. The breakfast was very good and the lobby bar has a great vibe to have sone drinks and hang out. Highly recommend!
I personally had a pleasant experience at this hotel.
Pros:
My room was very clean and large, there were many amenities that were provided and I believe topped up if I used them. They have a robot so getting delivery is convenient. All the staff are incredibly kind, greeting me as I left and came back for the day each time, one of them took me to my room and helped me with my luggage. I know at least one of workers has good English so communication was easy, and even if it wasn’t they contact you on WeChat so there wont be too much of a language barrier. The hotel was located by some tourist attractions and very close to the river. The closest metro station was about a 15 minute walk away, but in my opinion, the walk there was very nice.
Cons:
The hotel walls are rather thin, so if you have some noisy neighbours it will be a little loud. Unfortunately I was able to hear 2 couples engage in…. extracurricular activities, so I had to move around my room loudly to let them know the walls are thin. There’s also no window looking outside. There’s a window into this little decorated area between rooms, the curtains automatically close when you come in and put your key in. You’d think it must be really dark at night then, but the toilet has a light that’s brighter than I would personally like. I paid for breakfast which I could request for through WeChat and it would be delivered via robot. It was a little disappointing though. 2 slices of bread, a small packet of nuts and dried fruit, some crackers, and milk. I don’t really know what I was expecting to be honest though. I did only choose to have breakfast once and then didn’t bother the rest of the time, so maybe it changes.
SSpunkThis hotel has an ideal location on Qindao Road. It's also close to Jianghan Pedestrian Road. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. We had a very comfortable stay. The hotel was clean and the rooms luxurious. They gave us free gifts and upgraded our room for free when they saw our family size. It was a very comfortable experience. Will definitely come again. The surrounding environment is great for pictures, so bring something fancy that you might want to take a professional photo in 🤗 (not required, but would be a plus). Oh, the smart room was also a plus. The AI robot could turn on the light and A/C, close the curtains and order extra slippers or anything we needed from the receptionist. Highly recommend this hotel.

AAtroWe had an excellent stay at this homestay, which exceeded the quality of most hotels I've stayed in. The room was spotless and well-furnished, with no worn-down furniture, a great pillow selection, and high-quality toiletries like shampoo. This family-owned and managed property offers outstanding service.
The staff's service was exceptional—they set up a WeChat group for communication and assisted us with transfers to and from the railway station. Additionally, they arranged a mini-van with a driver for a full-day tour at a very reasonable price, making our trip hassle-free.
The breakfast was a highlight, made with fresh, organic ingredients and homemade dishes. They have their own tea farm, and the tea tasted delicious.
The homestay is beautifully located up on a mountain above the nearby town. Despite the remote location, the staff provided transfers to and from town since there were no taxis available.
Overall, this homestay provided a delightful and memorable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing and high-quality stay.

I regret that I have to rate this hotel a little bit disappointing. We booked a room on Level 2, but we were assigned a room on Level 1 as the guests in Level 2 want to stay for another night. This is not a very satisfactory arrangement. It was a cool night but we have to turn on the aircon in order to freeze the many mosquitoes on the wall so we could kill them. We originally booked for 4 nights and because the room on Level 1 is not as private as we have expected and full of mossies, we decided to leave on the next day. The location of the hotel is actually close to the lake in a nice setting, however in order to get the taxi, we have to walk a long way to wait for the taxi in the rain which is causing us concern as well. On departure, the young lady from the restaurant was very nice on asking the approval of the boss, took us to another hotel about 20 minutes away. We really appreciate their help and on attempting to pay her, she declined with thanks. Nice and honest people can always be encountered in China. We wish they could try to do something with the mosquitoes.
By the way, restaurant setting is quite nice, the western food they serve are actually quite nice and salad leaves very fresh. I would prefer to dine in this area than the local Chinese restaurant which seem to be quite expensive and food a little disappointing on the night of arrival.
