Excellent location in the heart of Devonport, central to everything. Rooms were very clean. Excellent value too for a 4 star establishment.
No free parking on site though, only paid vallet parking ($25). but there's usually free street parking overnight around the hotel but be mindful of moving the car in the morning before ticketable hours resume Ranger's are active and infringements start at ($32)
whoops.
great place clean room good food downstairs, ****** and gym , library. daily service . might be noisy if facing the port and occasionally lack of parking spots especially if your car is towing a trailer
Iron Creek Bay estate has been the best accomodation so far in our journey. Amazing view of the lake, fruits that you can pick up for free and amazing service. 5 stars!
ผผู้เข้าพักNice hotel, bathroom amenities very nice and food was pretty good. Only downside was there was no airport shuttle and we had to catch uber to the airport in the morning.
ผผู้เข้าพักWe really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. When we checked in, we were given a warm chocolate chip cookie — it was delicious and such a nice welcome treat. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a large window looking out onto the street. Our package included breakfast, which was great for us since we usually head out early. Overall, the hotel was clean, cozy, and met our expectations.
GGeoffchoiThe hotel is close to the attractions in the national park. The rooms are cabins built along the hillside and the one I stayed in was quite big. We enjoyed the service in the Bay Restaurant next to the hotel reception. A very good experience for us.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe room was comfortable and well-appointed with a nice view, and the hotel has a subtle warmth to its decor. The check in staff and concierge were friendly and helpful. The main Italian restaurant is quite good and the breakfast was well done. The bar is trying too hard to be trendy and the service speaks more to arrivistes than guests just looking to enjoy a drink or solo meal—honestly rather disappointing. Overall it would seem the best option in Hobart and quite strong for a small city, though I’m not sure on what list they could claim to be top 50… Aman or Rosewood or a Peninsula it is not.
YYao LungThe room photos on Trip.com were taken when the room was brand new. It clearly is no longer the case now - some staining on the curtains and soft furniture and marks on walls. Overall, for the price, it's still acceptable.
Check-in is done at the bar like most similar types of accommodation above a pub.
Bedding is exceptionally comfortable - special mention of the supremely comfortable mattress and pillows. 5-star bed.
Water pressure in the shower is weak - 60% of what I would have liked.
Bottled water and milk in the fridge is a nice touch. Crockery and cutlery provided in the kitchen.
You will have to lug your luggage up 1 flight of stairs as there's no lift.
