very big lobby and big room, basement free packing, and hotel location is very convenient for cars

Pretty nice place, most of the staff were really nice. Took care of us well. Wasn't happy to provide the number of towels we needed

Same hotel but different room. Average cleanliness and average service but cheerful. So they help slow but with a smile. Also answer to all questions but it’s quite logical and expected thing.

We had a great time at this hotel. This is my second time staying here—my first visit was during my birthday with some friends. I really liked their service, which is why I came back. The customer service is excellent, and the receptionist was very accommodating. We stayed for 2 nights and even wanted to extend our stay, but we had to transfer to another hotel since our next itinerary was far from this location. The receptionist also allowed us to extend our stay until 4 PM without any additional charges, which I truly appreciated 😊 The service exceeded my expectations, and because of that, we will definitely come back again. Hopefully, on our next stay, the room will already be fully equipped with essentials like plates, spoons and forks, mugs, and glasses and tv remote, so there will be no need to call the receptionist to request them, especially during late hours. But all in all.. Excellent 😊

Its so loud the AC , room is under reparation, somehow its dirty, TV didn’t work, all window handle is no function to broke , its pity that they make so low maintenance. But bell boy is helpful since front office mostly talk while working or telephone not really pay attention to the guest. I saw near area many shops and Mall but faraway from center.
