A wonderful, cozy apartment in the very heart of Zakopane, a few steps from Krupówki and other attractions. It's very convenient both for hiking and skiing, as it is very easy to get from there to Tatra Mountains trails and ski lifts. Also, a very helpful lady at the main reception desk. I would gladly return to this place.

Fantastic location beautiful rooms with high ceilings v clean and extremely helpful staff that organised taxi transfers to n from the airport  we arrived close to midnight so the  key instructions  on how to enter the building were v precise  would highly recommend

This is a nice small apartment. The kitchen has a saucepan and frying pan with a few utensils, which are enough for basic cooking. The fridge is handy. The shower is warm and has good pressure. The air conditioning works. I was on the top floor. There's a lift. I had a balcony overlooking the cemetery. The basement has a washing machine but I didn't try it. It's about a 12 minute walk to Krakov Glowny station. From there, it's about 10 minutes to the main square and another 20 minutes to the old town. Communication with the property owner was good and generally fast. Contrary to the Trip listing (May 2026), this apartment has no front desk. As I later read in a review, it's self check-in. Unfortunately, the instructions weren't sent to me. I called the property when I was there and they sent them via WhatsApp. Make sure you have the instructions before you go! I wasted time trying to use the QR code on the front door. This is not for the apartment. I wanted to extend my stay but the property was booked. I left my water bottle behind. The owner arranged for the service staff to meet me the following day to return it.

Centrally located in the old town and like a block away from the town center square (see pic). I arrived really early at like 8am and the reception guy allowed me to leave my bag before I came back after a full day of travels for check in. Now that I’ve covered quite a few smallish European cities I’d say when a hotel says it’s near old town it can mean either it’s close to places you can take pictures and eat but It can also mean there is absolutely no means of public transport apart from uber/bolt simply because the city is not planned in a way that allows trams or buses to cut thru. Bear that in mind.

The location was great. A fairly short walk to the old town. There is no front desk or any visible service, except the cleaner in the morning. Although the room looked nice and was quite large and had clothes hangars and a desk, it had a big problem. There was a window above the door and the hall night flickered all night. A few seconds on, a few seconds off. Even with my sleep mask, the constantly changing light was very noticeable and made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. I noticed that my room was the only one in my part of the accommodation with such a window, so I guess the other rooms would be better. They should really cover the window up. Even if they fixed the flickering, it would still be annoying to have the light go on whenever other guests go to the hall to use the bathroom or for coming in and out. The other issue was the internet. It was useable for what I needed during the trip, but it lagged at times, and I don't think it would have been suitable for a work conference call.

Nice please good price and perfect location between the old town and Jewish quarter literally 5 minutes walk to both. Nice large and clean rooms. However my room only had a bath which I knew it was either a shower or a bath but I feel like it might be better to make everyone choose as I think everyone will have a definite preference but not the end of the world. Breakfast is a bit boring and I probably would just go into town rather than use theirs as it's very expensive and not great compared to the rest of Krakow. Nice place nice staff and nice location

Hotel in centro e vicino alla fermata degli autobus. Funicolare a 15 minuti a piedi attraversando il centro. Personale gentile e disponibile. Camera pulita, non grandissima, ma con tutto il necessario. Peccato per la moquette. La piscina perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata impegnativa.

เราพักที่ Venetian House Aparthotel เป็นเวลาสามคืน ทำเลที่ตั้งยอดเยี่ยมมาก คุณสามารถออกจากโรงแรมไปยังจัตุรัสหลัก Rynek Glowney ได้โดยตรง พนักงานโรงแรมเป็นกันเองอย่างเหลือเชื่อและให้ความช่วยเหลืออย่างเต็มที่ เราพักในห้องหมายเลข 18 ซึ่งมีระเบียงเล็กๆ ส่วนตัวที่มองเห็นร้านอาหารด้านล่าง เราไม่ได้ใช้สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกใดๆ ของโรงแรมเลย เพราะเราจองทริปเที่ยวแบบไปเช้าเย็นกลับไว้แล้ว และเรารู้ว่าเราจะต้องตื่นเช้าทุกวัน ห้องพักสะอาด อบอุ่น ตกแต่งอย่างสวยงาม มีเตียงนอนสบายและหมอนให้เลือกมากมาย มีครัวเล็กๆ พร้อมอ่างล้างจาน เตา ไมโครเวฟ และตู้เย็น ห้องน้ำทันสมัยและฝักบัวน้ำร้อนแรงมาก เป็นอะไรที่ยอดเยี่ยมมากหลังจากเดินเที่ยวรอบๆ เมืองคราคอฟและบริเวณโดยรอบมาทั้งวัน เราชอบการเข้าพักของเรามากและเราจะกลับมาอีกแน่นอน

Had a great time. Easy enough to check-in, we just messaged the number on the door and received a code. Couldn't get a better location!

ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม ใกล้กับสถานีรถไฟและห้างสรรพสินค้าขนาดใหญ่ เดินเพียงไม่กี่นาทีถึงตลาดสํารอง เข้าถึงได้ทุกที่ ศูนย์การค้าข้างๆ เหมาะแก่การแฮงเอาท์และรับอาหารและสิ่งอื่น ๆ เช็คอินง่ายโดยไม่ต้องมีพนักงานต้อนรับ ”ร่างกาย” ที่จอดรถฝั่งตรงข้ามถนนอยู่ใกล้โรงแรม ห้องพักในโรงแรมสะอาดมีทุกสิ่งที่จําเป็น เราชื่นชมกาแฟ Nespresso สดในตอนเช้า 😄 การเดินทางกับครอบครัว เราพบว่าโรงแรมนี้สะดวกและสะดวกสบายสุด ๆ และเราจะจองใหม่อย่างแน่นอนถ้าเรากลับมาที่คราคูฟในครั้งต่อไป เราสนุกกับการเดินทางของเราจริงๆ
