Overall, it’s a good clean place to stay for 1–2 nights. Despite its central location, the area is quite peaceful. If you book a room on the 3rd floor, you might hear some noise from the room right in front of yours. I appreciated the coffee machine with capsules — a nice touch.
However, there were a few downsides: the two single duvets were quite small, and I felt cold; a larger, warmer duvet would be preferable. The mansard room isn’t ideal for tall people, and the shower tended to clog quickly. Also, the showerhead holder was placed too high. Lastly, the carpeted floor made it difficult to drag a heavy suitcase around.

房間感覺得有五六十坪，沐浴間和洗手間是分離的，主卧兩面窗能看到不同的兩條街，暖氣燒的很熱，但是可能由於房間有點大導致還是有點涼涼的。

Good location away from hub hub but close to walk if you want to get involved. Great for buses and also walking straight into national park.

Miejsce w super lokalizacji dla jadących chodzić po górach. Wszystko co potrzeba jest blisko, dobra knajpa oraz sklep. Jedyny minus to budowa zaraz za budynkiem, ale Nam akurat nie przeszkadzała.

UUrszula ZiółkowskaA wonderful, cozy apartment in the very heart of Zakopane, a few steps from Krupówki and other attractions. It's very convenient both for hiking and skiing, as it is very easy to get from there to Tatra Mountains trails and ski lifts. Also, a very helpful lady at the main reception desk. I would gladly return to this place.

The old building with a high ceiling, modern furniture and amazing location in the middle of old Krakow were only for one night for us , but with unforgettable emotions. Special many thanks for a receptionist Mrs.Barbara . She helped to decide my problems with a booking and to buy tickets to out next trip . My recommend

Ppdp11This is a nice small apartment. The kitchen has a saucepan and frying pan with a few utensils, which are enough for basic cooking. The fridge is handy.
The shower is warm and has good pressure. The air conditioning works.
I was on the top floor. There's a lift. I had a balcony overlooking the cemetery.
The basement has a washing machine but I didn't try it.
It's about a 12 minute walk to Krakov Glowny station. From there, it's about 10 minutes to the main square and another 20 minutes to the old town.
Communication with the property owner was good and generally fast.
Contrary to the Trip listing (May 2026), this apartment has no front desk. As I later read in a review, it's self check-in. Unfortunately, the instructions weren't sent to me. I called the property when I was there and they sent them via WhatsApp. Make sure you have the instructions before you go! I wasted time trying to use the QR code on the front door. This is not for the apartment.
I wanted to extend my stay but the property was booked.
I left my water bottle behind. The owner arranged for the service staff to meet me the following day to return it.

The location is right at the corner of the main square that has so many tourist attractions within 5 mins walking, amazing!
The room is relatively spacious with kitchen and pots provided.
Elevator goes to the level and no stairs.
A nice Italian restaurant attach to the hotel so you won't go hungry.
Bad:
The cleaning needs to be requested.
They don't provide you anything like toothbrush or anything, only towel and soap. That's it.
Ventilation in bathroom is rather bad.
Dining / Work desk is very, very small.

BBen WaiteGreat stay. A student accomodation used as a hotel during the off season. New building that it doesn't even appear on google maps. Good facilities. Safe area and easy walk or tram in to the city centre. Right next to one football ground with the other just over the park. Under £10 Uber to the hotel from the airport. Really strong Wifi, comfy bed and decent shower. The only thing missing was a sponge or cloth to do the washing up! As it's a student accom, the kitchen is also in the room to use. People of all ages were staying however, and there was little to no noise from students still around even it being a Friday night. Check in was simple and the key was ready when I arrived after 1am to collect at the 24/7 reception desk.

การเดินทางกับครอบครัว เราพบว่าโรงแรมนี้สะดวกและสะดวกสบายสุด ๆ และเราจะจองใหม่อย่างแน่นอนถ้าเรากลับมาที่คราคูฟในครั้งต่อไป

ผผู้เข้าพักThe was a good selection of foods for breakfasts, the reception staff were pleasant, and there were good shopping facilities in the same building.
However, after checking in, we reported two problems in the bathroom. The waste plug in the wash hand basin did not stop the water running away, and the shower door would not stay closed. We were advised that the handy man did not work at weekends and it was suggested I use a cup for shaving as no other rooms were available.
The air conditioning was positioned above the bed. The result was an unpleasant cold breeze for anyone lying on the bed.
In the three days of our stay, the beds were not made by the cleaning staff.

ผผู้เข้าพักCheck-in was nice and easy. The hotel is located in a convenient location, but outside the Old Town so you save a little on price. I was able to get a bucket of ice each day. My only complaint was the mini-fridge. It was the size of a small microwave and crammed with over-priced items with no room left for a beer.
