Pobyt w tym hotelu był bardzo udany. Pokoje czyste, zadbane i komfortowe, wszystko zgodne z opisem. Obsługa niezwykle miła, pomocna i profesjonalna – od pierwszego kontaktu czuć było dbałość o gości. Dużym plusem jest lokalizacja – wygodna zarówno do zwiedzania, jak i odpoczynku. Śniadania smaczne i różnorodne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Atmosfera spokojna, idealna do relaksu po całym dniu. The location was great. A fairly short walk to the old town. There is no front desk or any visible service, except the cleaner in the morning. Although the room looked nice and was quite large and had clothes hangars and a desk, it had a big problem. There was a window above the door and the hall night flickered all night. A few seconds on, a few seconds off. Even with my sleep mask, the constantly changing light was very noticeable and made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. I noticed that my room was the only one in my part of the accommodation with such a window, so I guess the other rooms would be better. They should really cover the window up. Even if they fixed the flickering, it would still be annoying to have the light go on whenever other guests go to the hall to use the bathroom or for coming in and out. The other issue was the internet. It was useable for what I needed during the trip, but it lagged at times, and I don't think it would have been suitable for a work conference call.

Miejsce w super lokalizacji dla jadących chodzić po górach. Wszystko co potrzeba jest blisko, dobra knajpa oraz sklep. Jedyny minus to budowa zaraz za budynkiem, ale Nam akurat nie przeszkadzała.

Difficult to find. Went to the wrong location and was only redirected to the correct location after calling the concierge. You have to open the lock outside the door to retrieve the key. I was told that I had to find my own luggage storage after checking out and it was problematic. Most hotels would have a luggage room, but this one apparently does not have.
