Biggest downside is AC unit is mounted on the wall, inside the room that makes very loud noise , maybe a portable or ceiling fan could help air circulation without the need of AC at night.  Close to the airport which is a plus. Very basic and simple facility; no toiletries , no daily room cleaning is needed , no bottle water , however there was a water dispenser if you have your own bottle. Property does offered a monthly rental at a very reasonably rate. Replacing the AC unit is something management should consider.

We truly wanted to love this accommodation! There are definitely some fantastic elements here, and I want to highlight the positives first. The customer service team was wonderful—friendly and genuinely committed to fixing our concerns, which we really appreciated. The room itself, once we finally settled in, was quite comfortable! We enjoyed the nice view, and the bed and linens were absolutely great, leading to a good night's sleep. These factors were ultimately why we were able to comfortably complete our 3-day booking. However, I have to be completely frank about the initial experience. It was quite unacceptable and disappointing that the room assigned upon check-in felt totally unprepared for our arrival. ⚠️ The journey to the room, while clearly marked, was still a lengthy challenge, requiring us to navigate ”corridors, two elevators, and a strong chemical smell,” only to arrive at a room that, unfortunately, smelled distinctly of sewage. This initial discovery, after that long route, was genuinely distressing, and I sincerely hope the team ensures this doesn't happen to future guests. We gave them a chance to fix it, and they graciously found us a new room on a higher floor. While the new room was lovely, the trek to it was just as long, if not longer, and still involved a complex route of corridors and elevators. My hope is that the management will take this feedback to heart and ensure the initial room preparation is flawless for all future guests. In summary: Fantastic, helpful staff and a great, comfortable room (once settled), but the journey to the room and the initial room preparation needs serious, immediate attention.

The room is clean. But the unit has no cabinet for clothes. Not good for long stay. The bathroom floor is slippery. I suggest you change the tiles for safety purposes.

Super convenient if you need to be near IT Park, Central Bloc, or Waterfront. 7-Eleven is right at the entrance of the building. Walking to IT Park is doable (around 8–12 minutes depending on which side you exit). At night the lane going down can feel a bit dark, so Grab is easier if you’re arriving late. The unit

This is the main reason to stay here. The outdoor pool is one of the better ones in a Cebu condo — big enough that it doesn’t feel packed even when there are other guests. Gym and sauna are available (gym equipment can be hit-or-miss; some guests mentioned a treadmill being out of order). Lobby and common areas feel new and well-kept. What I liked • Pool and overall resort-style feel inside the city • Clean unit and good value compared to hotels in the same area • Easy access to food, coffee, and work spots in IT Park What could be better • Not all units come stocked with basics (soap, drinking water) — better to bring some or grab from 7-Eleven right away • Occasional construction noise depending on the unit and time of day • Security/staff experience varies by who is on duty Would I stay again?
Yes, especially for a few nights when I want a kitchen + pool without paying hotel prices. Just message the host beforehand about check-in time and what’s already in the unit so there are no surprises. Overall: 9/10 — solid choice in Lahug if you book a well-reviewed unit.

There was a cockroach, but in all kinda clean. Beside 7eleven, but walking time is around 10 mins. The contingent is not high class at all. You have a pool but no sun-beds.. The TV glitching for response, but good there is Netflix! And to find out WiFi password and login you can only in the auto message. So if you’ve got no internet, then you can’t reach to connect to WiFi.. Good thing they responded at night. Bad thing I couldn’t get login and password for good two days, only response after all with a screenshot that it was in auto message. So there is like two different people managing responses. One fast and good, another rude and slow. So left with mixed emotions after all. And! Don’t forget you will have charge for any small thing like if you don’t remove your shoes, if you didn’t switch off the ac and stuff. The check out is BEFORE 11am! Not 12pm. Be careful. Another thing, there is nothing beside. You will need a car or motorbike every time you wanna go somewhere. On the territory many securities which is really good! That’s like, if you okay with insects and low class surrounding - you will be good 👍 Also, there is nothing beside far two cafes, which I don’t recommend. The food was awful in the one that is left side. And on the right side there is ladyboys servicing. In general it was okay/good. Just was scared from the big cockroach 🙈

The unit feels new and well-maintained, with a cozy and modern interior. It comes with fast WiFi and Netflix, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The fully equipped kitchen with complete appliances is perfect if you prefer cooking your own meals. Towels and basic guest kits were also provided, which made the stay even more comfortable. We also appreciated having access to the swimming pool and gym. The pool was spacious enough to enjoy without feeling crowded. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, making the overall stay smooth and hassle-free. Overall, this is a clean, well-equipped Airbnb with great amenities and a convenient airport location. We would definitely stay here again.

The Residences need updating and I had a problem with roaches in two different rooms. The hotel was nice about it and moved me to different rooms, in the end I changed to a deluxe room in the Hotel, my recommendation would be to select the Hotel rather than the residences as the hotel has been updated and the residences haven't yet and badly need to be done. Whether in the residences or the hotel rooms the TV and their use of IPTV is difficult as the tv movie program often cuts out due to the internet signal being poor and it is a pain to get it to back onto the channel. Even with the difficulties of bugs in the two rooms I had at the residences I was not offered anything complementary or any form of compensation. The breakfast was okay with lots of options mostly Filipino style items, however when I asked for a latte I was told it would be an extra charge, black normal coffee is standard. It is close to Ayala mall.
