The stay was good mainly because of the location. The room was very spacious it could easily fit around 5–6 people even with just one bed, which was really nice. They also have an elevator, which made everything more convenient. However, the downside was that the bed had a slight smell, and the towels didn’t feel very fresh and were a bit rough. Good thing they were able to provide me with a new towel when I asked. Overall, it was still a nice stay, but the bed and towels could definitely be improved.

We truly wanted to love this accommodation! There are definitely some fantastic elements here, and I want to highlight the positives first. The customer service team was wonderful—friendly and genuinely committed to fixing our concerns, which we really appreciated. The room itself, once we finally settled in, was quite comfortable! We enjoyed the nice view, and the bed and linens were absolutely great, leading to a good night's sleep. These factors were ultimately why we were able to comfortably complete our 3-day booking. However, I have to be completely frank about the initial experience. It was quite unacceptable and disappointing that the room assigned upon check-in felt totally unprepared for our arrival. ⚠️ The journey to the room, while clearly marked, was still a lengthy challenge, requiring us to navigate ”corridors, two elevators, and a strong chemical smell,” only to arrive at a room that, unfortunately, smelled distinctly of sewage. This initial discovery, after that long route, was genuinely distressing, and I sincerely hope the team ensures this doesn't happen to future guests. We gave them a chance to fix it, and they graciously found us a new room on a higher floor. While the new room was lovely, the trek to it was just as long, if not longer, and still involved a complex route of corridors and elevators. My hope is that the management will take this feedback to heart and ensure the initial room preparation is flawless for all future guests. In summary: Fantastic, helpful staff and a great, comfortable room (once settled), but the journey to the room and the initial room preparation needs serious, immediate attention.

The room is clean. But the unit has no cabinet for clothes. Not good for long stay. The bathroom floor is slippery. I suggest you change the tiles for safety purposes.

The owner is very approachable. The location is nice and all the amenities is nice except haven’t tried the sauna because it’s on maintenance. It’s just that there is 200 parking for motorcycle every night. I can’t imagine all the people renting there having to pay for each vehicle. My kids enjoyed the pool even though we only tried it 2x. Most of the time we were just staying inside the room. Also it’s not sound proof. We can hear people outside and they can hear us inside. The aircon location is not good. It will cool the food, it should have been beside the bed, it’s so hard to cool the room. Overall experience is nice.

The unit feels new and well-maintained, with a cozy and modern interior. It comes with fast WiFi and Netflix, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The fully equipped kitchen with complete appliances is perfect if you prefer cooking your own meals. Towels and basic guest kits were also provided, which made the stay even more comfortable. We also appreciated having access to the swimming pool and gym. The pool was spacious enough to enjoy without feeling crowded. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, making the overall stay smooth and hassle-free. Overall, this is a clean, well-equipped Airbnb with great amenities and a convenient airport location. We would definitely stay here again.

Удобное расположение, рядом есть кафе, 7/11, не понравилась сырость в номерах, черная плесень даже на кресле, небольшие номера, очень маленькая ванная комната, но на одну ночь нормально Из плюсов - приветливый персонал, бесплатная камера хранения багажа, ну и цена конечно

I had a pleasant and relaxing stay at Crown Regency Residences Cebu. The room was spacious, comfortable, and provided everything we needed for a convenient stay. I also really appreciated how accommodating, friendly, and helpful the staff were throughout our visit. The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere, and the location is convenient for getting around Cebu City. The swimming pool and other facilities were also a nice addition, especially when you just want to relax after a long day. Overall, I think Crown Regency Residences offers good value for money, especially for travelers looking for a spacious and comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed our experience and would definitely consider staying here again when we visit Cebu. Highly recommended!
