Overall, our stay was very good – actually, better than expected! We had a lovely balcony with a nice view. The pool itself was nice – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Staff was helpful. After we checked out, we accidentally left some clothes in the washing machine, and they kindly recovered them for us. That kind of thoughtful service makes all the difference! Downstairs, there are plenty of food options, so you’ll never go hungry. I’d definitely recommend this place for couples or small families looking for a comfortable, well-located base. Great value for money.

Room filtered water has an unpleasant odor. Sutera Avenue lack of management maintenance, parking basement is dirty and dark, corridor amd lift also dirty.

Very clean, very fragrant, very beautiful, very peaceful 🫶🏻 . The owner is also very easy to communicate with, responds quickly and is very helpful 🫶🏻 . Love love love ❤️ . The welcome song is very good, I don't know what it's called, like a radio but no😂, there is an attachment of the first picture.  There is a water dispenser so you don't have to worry about buying water & rarely does a homestay provide it.  It provides a hairdryer & iron. I didn't expect there to be a robe in the house 😍  Got a bathtub on the balcony too 🫢 . 10000/10 . Sumpah love sangat .

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was with my friend, and the second time was with my younger sibling. I really like Hotel Paradise Suite because of its strategic location and the free amenities like Netflix and YouTube. Overall, I am satisfied with this hotel except for one thing, the mattress. It is too soft, which causes back pain and makes it uncomfortable to sleep. If you look at the third picture, that is where I chose to sleep. After moving there, I was finally able to sleep better. No hate. I truly like this hotel. However, perhaps the management could consider upgrading the mattress to one that is of better quality and more comfortable.

Very good hotel for a family stay. The kids’ facilities are excellent, especially the swimming pool, which feels like a mini water park and is perfect for children. There are also two playgrounds, giving kids more options whether they want to play or swim. Overall, we are very satisfied with the stay. The hotel also has a 24-hour self-service laundry, which is very convenient. There are nearby shops such as Speedmart and Orange, as well as several food options like Kopi Ping and Ayam Penyet, making it easy to find meals and daily necessities. I would also like to highlight the honesty and helpfulness of the staff. I accidentally left my tablet behind, and the staff contacted me promptly and helped arrange its return. Their service was truly appreciated and made our stay even better.

Corner lot unit, with veranda. 3 bedrooms with queen bed, one with a single bed. 2 toilets with water heater are super convenient for my friends and me. All rooms including living room equip with AC. Basic amenities for cooking. Thanks for the microwave & large fridge. Water dispenser is great, hot and cold water ready for drinks at any time. Easy access to the Imago Mall. Overall we had a great stay for a short reunion.

The location is convenient, But accommodation faces the main road,The sound pollution is extremely serious Some guests were very uncivilized. Even late at night they were talking loudly and slamming the doors like fireworks, maybe trying to show how strong they are (but it was super annoying) There is NO free car park — you have to park at a paid parking lot 🅿️.

Beautiful place to stay, strategic location near airport with easy parking. The unit was clean and equipped with refrigerator and cooking utensils. Spacious and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again in the future
