อพาร์ทเม้นท์ในปะหัง มาเลเซีย

เข้าพักที่อพาร์ตเมนต์นี้เป็นครั้งแรก ครอบครัวชอบมากและพอใจมาก กว้างขวาง แสงแดดส่องถึงดีมาก หาของกินง่ายมาก แค่ลงไปชั้นล่างก็เจอแล้ว มีของกินเยอะแยะมากมายที่ชั้นล่าง ไม่ต้องกังวลเรื่องอาหารเลย มีเครื่องปรับอากาศ สุขอนามัยดีมาก แต่ไม่มีรองเท้าแตะแบบใช้แล้วทิ้ง พื้นก็สะอาดมาก เดินเท้าเปล่าก็ไม่มีปัญหา มีผ้าเช็ดตัวสำหรับอาบน้ำ สบู่อาบน้ำ และแชมพูให้ แต่ไม่มีแปรงสีฟันและยาสีฟัน โดยรวมแล้วพอใจมาก ครั้งหน้าจะกลับมาอีกแน่นอน

โดยรวมแล้วพอใจมากกับการเข้าพักครั้งนี้ ห้องพักสะอาดและสะดวกสบายมาก การทำความสะอาดดีเยี่ยม ทำให้พักได้อย่างสบายใจ ทำเลที่ตั้งก็สะดวกมาก สามารถเดินไป SkyAvenue ได้เลย ทั้งร้านอาหาร สถานบันเทิง และแหล่งช้อปปิ้งอยู่ใกล้ๆ บริการก็ดี มีปัญหาอะไรก็ตอบกลับเร็วมาก ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือน้ำไหลเบาไปหน่อย นอกนั้นดีหมด สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน เหมาะสำหรับครอบครัวมาก ครั้งหน้าถ้ามา Genting ก็จะเลือกพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอนค่ะ/ครับ 👍

ความสะอาดโดยรวมน่าพอใจค่ะ แต่ระเบียงค่อนข้างสกปรกนิดหน่อย ตำแหน่งห้องพักสวยมากถูกใจสุดๆ 👍🏻 มองเห็นพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นและตกดิน ถ่ายรูปออกมาสวยมากเลยค่ะ 😍 ส่วนเรื่องการบริการก็โอเคค่ะ แต่ที่รู้สึกว่าแพงไปหน่อยคือค่าจอดรถที่ต้องจ่ายทุกครั้งที่เข้าออกโรงแรมค่ะ ตอนแรกออกไปจ่ายไป 15.90 ริงกิต ครั้งที่สองพนักงานแจ้งว่าจะหักเหลือ 10 ริงกิตต่อครั้ง แต่พอตอนออกไปจริงๆ โดนชาร์จไป 31.90 ริงกิต ซึ่งไม่ค่อยคุ้มเลยค่ะ 😐 ส่วนตอนเช็คเอาท์ออกไปก็โดนค่าจอดรถไป 10 ริงกิตค่ะ แต่โดยรวมแล้วสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกของโรงแรมดีมากค่ะ

The room was clean, neat, and beautifully maintained. Everything was comfortable, and the facilities were great. I stayed for 2 nights and had a pleasant experience. There was a double-booking issue due to an error from the Trip app, but the owner was very helpful, responsible, and cooperative in resolving the problem. Thank you for your excellent service and for making everything easier for your guests. Highly recommended! 😊

Location was fantastic as there is a beach right behind the building which is connected to the swimming pool. The unit was clean and looks as advertised(with refrigerator and washing machine), however - there were issues with the air conditioning. Whilst the management sent technician pretty quickly when we initially reported the issue, they were unable to resolve the issue completely (the aircon was not generating cold air consistently and majority of the time hot air was generated instead), which we didn’t realise the issue was not fully resolved given that we spent most of the management’s working hours outside of the unit and it was only until late at night we noticed the whole unit was fairly hot (as there was only one fan in the room with the single bed; as the other two queen beds relied filly on aircon only). We reported the issue again via WhatsApp and management offered air cooler - however we only booked for one night and was already checking out when this occurred

The environment for the room is very nice and there is a nice view outside. And also they do have wine glasses in the room and me and my husband can have wine time during the jacuzzi. During morning time you can see the nice view and be able to see the temple. There is also a linked bridge to the outdoor theme park and enjoy our time there. There is also a gym room and indoor swimming pool downstairs. Next time I will bring my family to come and stay here again.

The apartment was sufficient for our family of 7. The amenities provided is also sufficient. However, the checking in procedure was a bit inefficient. The host could have contacted/WhatsApp me earlier and let me know how exactly to check-in. Rather than I was sent here and there by the people at the hotel. Another thing, the apartment is on the 10th floor, so I can hear the cars ramming along the road. It was very2 noisy all night.

ห้องพักค่อนข้างสะอาด เพียงแต่ห้องน้ำหลักระบายน้ำช้าเกินไปในบริเวณอ่างอาบน้ำ ไม่มีเครื่องปรับอากาศแต่ก็ยังรู้สึกหนาวเพราะเราพักอยู่ชั้นบน มีเครื่องซักผ้าในบ้านด้วย เราต้องเช็คอินที่อาคารอื่นซึ่งก็คือ Geo38 Residence เมื่อจะเช็คเอาท์ ต้องรออีกสักหน่อยเนื่องจากมีคนเช็คเอาท์จำนวนมาก และที่นี่มีหลายชั้น ซึ่งอยู่ที่ชั้น 40
