ทำเลสะดวก ใกล้ห้าง KSL มีร้านอาหารอร่อยๆ เพียบ แถมแหล่งช้อปปิ้งก็อยู่ไม่ไกล ตัวอาคารน่าจะเพิ่งสร้างเสร็จใหม่ๆ เพราะร้านค้าในห้างชั้นล่างหลายร้านยังไม่เปิดให้บริการ แต่ก็ยังมีร้านสะดวกซื้อให้พึ่งพาได้ ห้องพักขนาดกะทัดรัด แต่สะอาด แสงสว่างดีมาก วิวก็โปร่งสบายตา

ขอแนะนำที่พักนี้อย่างยิ่งค่ะ คุณ Ivene จากทีมบริการลูกค้าก็น่ารักมาก คู่มือการเข้าพักก็ชัดเจน ขั้นตอนการเช็คอินก็ง่ายมาก ที่พักสะอาดและถูกสุขลักษณะ ห้องพักวิวทะเลที่เลือกก็สวยงามมาก สะดวกสบายและเงียบสงบ แอร์และเฟอร์นิเจอร์ก็ใหม่เอี่ยม แถมยังอยู่ใกล้สิงคโปร์ด้วยค่ะ มีร้านค้าเล็กๆ และห้างสรรพสินค้ารอบๆ ด้วยนะคะ

โดยรวมความสะอาดดีมากครับ แค่มีฟูกที่นอนวางอยู่ตรงพื้นที่ว่างในห้องนั่งเล่นหน่อย นอกนั้นก็กว้างขวางดีครับ อยู่ชั้นสูง วิวสวย การเดินไปห้าง Southkey Mall กับเด็กๆ ไม่ค่อยสะดวกเท่าไหร่ครับ ก็ยังต้องใช้รถอยู่ดีระหว่างห้างกับที่พัก การเช็คอินและเช็คเอาท์ราบรื่นมาก ชุดเกมย้อนยุคน่ารักดีครับ เสียดายที่จอยตัวที่สองเสีย เจ้าของตอบกลับเร็วมากครับ

This place is a 1 room + 1 study, 1 queen and 1 single bed. Place is well kept, with decent quality shampoo, body soap, washing machine and high resolution TV provided. View is great with coffeeshop easily accessible and back lobby leading to KSL directly. Study room has no door. Only downside is its lvl 60 and only 3 lifts available. On good period, it takes us 1-2 mins. On peak period it can take up to 15mins to reach lvl60…. Overall is a great place, would recommend!

1. Location is great. 2. Car park is ok 3. Lift cleanliness can be improved 4. Lift maintenance is disappointing. One of the lift can read the card 5. Lifr only have 1 x card reader at the side, causing bottleneck at times. 6. Toilet has an unbearable sewage smell even on high floor at 47. 7. It has full length cuty view but window not clean 8. The bed making sound throughout. Bed frame time to chanhe.

I discovered it myself. · Host communication: Very helpful PDF provided with clear instructions for parking and check-in. · Check-in/out process: Smooth via WhatsApp. We provided ID and car registration, then notified the host at checkout. We left around 8:30 am with no issues. · Bathroom: Clean and toilet worked fine. · Beds: Japanese-style on the floor (thick, good quality mattress) – comfortable. ❌ Negatives · Misleading kitchen photos: The listing showed pictures of a large multi-cooktop stove, suggesting full cooking facilities. However, a sticker on the stove said ”Do Not Use.” Only a very small single-element electric cooktop was provided instead (see photo). I didn't use it, but the disappointment was significant. · Cockroach issue: There were cockroaches crawling in the kitchen (see photo). The unit needs pest control. · Non-functional lamp: The lamp beside the sofa did not work. · Missing information: The level 8 bridge was never mentioned in the welcome pack or PDF – had to discover it myself. 📸 Photos attached: · Cockroach in kitchen · ”Do Not Use” sticker on stove · Small alternative cooktop provided · Beds (Japanese floor style) · Windows overlooking level 8 recreational area 🤔 Would I stay again? Yes, but only at a more reasonable price. Without proper cooking facilities, the current price didn't feel worth it. If the host fixes the pest issue and updates the listing honestly about the cooking setup, it could be a decent option. 💡 Tip for future guests: Explore the level 8 bridge on your own – it's a great way to reach food options, but you won't find it mentioned.
