Positive Feedback 1. Location was superb, easy access to the mall. 2. Room is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, dining plates, utensils, mugs, iron and iron board . 3. Room is spacious, bedroom, living room and dining room. Negative Feedback: 1. Staff at the counter should be trained with customer service. No greetings nor smile during check-in. 2. Toilet has very bad smell. The edge of the shower room is slimy, probably not cleaned properly. 3 Deodorants were supplied in both the toilet as well as the bedroom but unfortunately all of them were empty (see pictures) 5. Toilet ventilation vent is dusty and drop of dusts occasionally fell onto us or the wash basin. 6. The iron provided isn’t safe for use as wires are exposed which is a SAFETY HAZARD (see picture). Someone might get electrocuted. 7. TV was provided but no ‘Live TV’ available as it always showed ‘No Signal’ (see picture). 8. ‘House Rules’ indicate ‘No eating and drinking in the room’ but the room is fully equipped with the dining cutleries/utensils and cooking equipment (see picture). So, is eating and drinking allowed? 9. In the bedroom, there is this thing hanging directly above the bed. Not sure what it is but, to me, it’s of no use. We will definitely stay here again because of the location and the spacious room. If the negative feedback can be addressed, it would be a bonus.

เราพักที่อพาร์ตเมนต์นี้เป็นกลุ่มห้าคน โดยรวมแล้วเป็นการเข้าพักที่สะดวกสบาย ยูนิตมี 3 ห้องนอนและ 4 เตียง ซึ่งพอดีกับขนาดกลุ่มของเรา ทำเลดีมาก มีสภาพแวดล้อมที่ดีและอยู่ใกล้ KSL ทำให้สะดวกในการหาอาหารและช้อปปิ้ง การเข้าถึงอพาร์ตเมนต์ราบรื่นและปลอดภัย โดยใช้คีย์การ์ดสำหรับลิฟต์และรหัสผ่านสำหรับประตู ซึ่งเราชื่นชม อย่างไรก็ตาม มีบางจุดที่ต้องปรับปรุง ปัญหาหลักคือกลิ่นท่อระบายน้ำในห้องน้ำ ซึ่งมีกลิ่นแรงและไม่พึงประสงค์มากในห้องหนึ่ง ยูนิตที่อยู่ชั้น 24 ก็ไม่ได้รู้สึกใหม่มากนัก และอุปกรณ์บางอย่าง เช่น ลูกบิดประตู ก็เป็นสนิม ในคืนที่สาม แอร์เริ่มรั่ว ซึ่งค่อนข้างไม่สะดวก หวังว่าเจ้าของจะสามารถดูแลการบำรุงรักษาแอร์และการดูแลยูนิตอย่างสม่ำเสมอได้ โดยรวมแล้ว เป็นการเข้าพักที่ดีสำหรับทำเลและพื้นที่ แต่การดูแลรักษาที่ดีขึ้นจะช่วยปรับปรุงประสบการณ์ได้อย่างแน่นอน

โดยรวมแล้วการเข้าพักก็โอเคครับ ปัญหาเดียวคือห้องน้ำในห้องนอนใหญ่มีกลิ่นเหม็น เราเลยพยายามไม่ใช้มัน และเราคาดหวังว่าจะได้ใช้สระว่ายน้ำ เลยยอมจ่ายเพิ่มสำหรับการเข้าพัก แต่สุดท้ายสระว่ายน้ำปิดปรับปรุงไม่เสร็จเรียบร้อย เจ้าของที่พักตอบกลับเร็วดีครับ แต่น่าเสียดายที่เขาทำอะไรมากไม่ได้เช่นกัน ไม่อย่างนั้นทริปทั้งหมดคงจะดีกว่านี้ครับ

การบริการ: การเช็คอินห้องพักต้องรอรับกุญแจตอน 15:00 น. ตรงเวลาเป๊ะ และเช็คเอาต์ต้องคืนกุญแจใส่ตู้ที่กำหนดไว้ตอน 12:00 น. ตรงเวลาเช่นกัน พนักงานที่นำกุญแจมาส่ง เห็นชัดๆ ว่ามีแค่ฉันกับผู้เช่าอีกคนนั่งรออยู่ในล็อบบี้ แต่เธอกลับเพิกเฉย ไม่ทักทาย แล้วเดินออกไปรอข้างนอก ทำให้พวกเราต้องรอข้างใน ส่วนเธอก็รอข้างนอก เสียเวลาไปโดยเปล่าประโยชน์ ยามที่นั่นเป็นแรงงานต่างชาติทั้งหมด สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษขั้นพื้นฐานก็ไม่ได้เลย พอไปรับกุญแจที่ตึก B3 แล้วต้องเดินไปตึก B1 เพื่อเข้าห้องพักของตัวเอง พอถามพนักงานว่าไปทางไหน เธอกลับแสดงท่าทีว่าฉันควรรู้ทางดีอยู่แล้ว และไม่มีความอดทนที่จะอธิบาย อีกเรื่องคือ ฉันพักแค่คืนเดียว แต่ที่พักแห่งนี้เป็นครั้งแรกที่ฉันเจอว่าตอนเช็คเอาต์จะต้องทิ้งขยะเอง ห้องพักและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกโดยรอบ: ตรงตามที่แสดงใน Trip.com ทุกประการ ห้องนั่งเล่นและห้องนอนสบายดี ห้องน้ำก็สะอาดดี เพียงแต่เวลาอาบน้ำ น้ำจะไหลล้นออกมา ทำให้บริเวณรอบๆ ชักโครกเปียกแฉะและลื่นมาก ต้องระวัง เครื่องซักผ้าใช้งานไม่ได้ แถมยังมีคราบผงซักฟอกตกค้างอยู่ตามซอกมุมด้านใน ดูไม่ถูกสุขอนามัยเลย ชั้น 8 ด้านล่างมีสระว่ายน้ำและห้องฟิตเนส บรรยากาศตรงนั้นดีมาก มีร้านอาหารอยู่ใกล้ๆ แต่รสชาติอาหารก็ธรรมดาๆ ข้อควรทราบ: เนื่องจากที่พักอยู่ใกล้สิงคโปร์ โทรศัพท์มือถือจึงสลับเป็นระบบโรมมิ่งโดยอัตโนมัติ หากไม่อยู่ในห้องพักและใช้ Wi-Fi ฟรี การออกไปข้างนอกหรือบริเวณใกล้เคียงจำเป็นต้องใช้โรมมิ่งเพื่อติดต่อสื่อสาร ซึ่งเท่ากับว่าต้องซื้อแพ็กเกจโรมมิ่งระยะสั้นเพิ่มโดยไม่จำเป็น

The unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is bouncy and we slept well. The place also comes with useful amenities like a fridge, electric stove, oven, iron and hair dryer. However, there is no water dispenser or water filter provided. Basic utensils such as plates, spoons and bread knives are available, but there are no forks, bowls or other cooking tools, so you may need to bring your own or purchase separately if you plan to cook. The downside was the check-in experience. We were only given the access card without the bedroom key, and ended up stuck outside for almost an hour trying to figure out how to enter. The owner’s response was quite late, which made the situation frustrating. The TV in the room was also not functioning. On the positive side, the owner did allow a late check-out at 1pm. Overall, the stay was comfortable after settling in, but the initial access issue and late response affected the first impression.

The place is spacious with 3 double beds. The location is unbeatable with eateries surrounding it. There is a fridge and dining table.. However, when I had trouble unlocking the gate, my calls to the management went unanswered. My messages were replied by ai. Repetitive, polite messages that did nothing to help us. In the end, the security officer of the building helped us. Many thanks to him! He saved our day! The ac in the master bedroom wasn't working. We ended up not sleeping in the master bedroom. We booked level 15 and got level 12 instead. Management kept insisting level 12 was booked under my name even though i have provided the screenshot of my booking showing level 15. No hand-wash was provided as well. All in, if I were to turn a blind eye to the above, I might book again. I love its location, affordable price and space. The view from the 12th floor is pretty too.

Had a really nice stay here! We stayed in the 2-bedroom Seaview Suite with the Coco Signature theme and honestly loved how aesthetic the whole place was. Definitely a very nice spot for taking photos! The room was really spacious and the seaview from the balcony was my favourite part. It’s such a nice place to just sit, chill and enjoy the view. Both bedrooms were spacious with comfortable queen-size beds, and the pillows were SO soft and fluffy — literally felt like sleeping on clouds 😂 The living room was cosy too, with a comfy sofa, aircon and a TV box with lots of movies to watch. They even provided a card game, which was a nice little touch. The dining area was also really cute with a fake candle on the table, so you could even have a little candlelight dinner/date night there. The kitchen was very clean and well-equipped. They provided utensils, microwave, kettle, water dispenser, big fridge and washing machine. I also really appreciated the small details like trash bags, dish soap, sponge and a bottle brush — especially useful if you’re travelling with a baby and need to wash bottles. There’s also a laundry basket and fire extinguisher provided. Cleanliness was honestly 10/10 for me. The whole suite was very clean and tidy when we arrived, including the balcony. I couldn’t spot any dirt, dust or stains. Bathroom was clean and dry, bedsheets were clean and neat, and the towels were nicely rolled and placed on the bed. Everything was in good condition and there was no weird smell. There’s no front desk, but communication with the owner through WhatsApp was easy. The owner was friendly and quick to reply, and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. They also helped us with directions to the swimming pool and gym. Location-wise, there are lots of food places, marts and a Starbucks nearby, and getting Grab was easy. The beach area is nice and chill for walking around and relaxing, although swimming in the sea isn’t recommended because of crocodile warnings. A few things could be improved though. The swimming pool water wasn’t as clear as I expected and there was some seaweed in it. Also, if you’re travelling with a baby, moving around the property can be a little tiring because of the doors and lift access between the guardhouse and the lift area. It would be much easier if you have your own vehicle as you can park closer to the lift. Overall, I really enjoyed the stay. The place is spacious, clean, aesthetic and honestly quite reasonably priced. The seaview and the Coco theme were definitely the highlights for me. I would stay here again and would recommend it especially for families because of the space, but it’s also really nice for couples who want a cosy and pretty place for a short getaway. Definitely a solid 4/5 from me! ❤️
