We spent a wonderful week in Scily travelling by car around the island. Visited impressive sightseeing places. At the end of the trip decided to stay in Trapani before the flight. And as a wonderful end of our adventures was the stay in the perfect apartment. It is a real well equipped , of modern design and marvellous atmosphere appartment. The host are super hospitable and friendly, enjoyed communucating with them. Everything that you want to see is 1-10 min walk. A lot of restaurants around. The streets are clean , people smily and lively. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in this appartment. That was luck for us.

Excellent location in the heart of Ortigia. We spent a great time, btwen the 31rd december 2023 and the 1st January, 2024 in the new area of the building, called ”The Museum” dedicated to the movies's history and its icones. the bedrooms are simply wonderful, never seen anything similar. silence, courtesy and a very goodd breakfast completed this perfect place.

We booked Ferrini home for our 10 day stay in Catania whilst spending Christmas with family here. We are a family of 5, 4 of us were to stay at the apartment and one at grandmas home. Whilst we faced delays and obstacles in our travels we were exited to arrive at the apartment we booked via hotels.com which looked spacious, welcoming , aerie and beautiful views. The pictures I will post below clearly state out that they reflect to the apartment we were booking. We arrived at the apartment about lunch time and we were taken to a dull tiny apartment where my 18year old son had to bend his dead to enter living area. A tiny staircase leading to bedrooms which once again we were not able to use neither take our luggage through it. don’t let the pictures manipulate you the flat we were offered was tiny and dull.. IF WE HAVE CHOSEN TO BOOK THIS FLAT WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH IT BUT WE DIDNT. We booked a spacious flat for a relaxed and comfortable stay. Whilst discussing it with the owners we were told that there are about 80 pictures on various sides which don’t reflect to the actual flats , one need to guess .. there attitude was horrible insisting that we don’t know how to book and that AS WE DIDNT PAY YET WE SHOULD GO!!!! Leaving a family on the street with no place to go. They didn’t even offer a change or to help us find another suitable flat. We would pay extra if needed and if they offered to help!!! Horrible horrible attitude .. they insisted it was our fault we booked via hotels.com instead their own website. We find their business on hotels com which we use constantly , we DIDNT know they existed so they were actually saying ok you found our details on that provider , ditch them and book with us directly so we don’t pay them as well!!!! If their external providers are not using correct data then it’s their duty to deal with it and not expose their customers in such terrible situations. If they had at least offer to help find a suitable place for us or if they had not kept blaming us that would be ok. BUT THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT HOSPITALITY.

I thoroughly searched for the perfect place to stay since we have 2 teenagers and stayed for almost a month. Incredible staff From the moment, I first contacted this hotel with my many questions until we checked out, the patience, service and warmth of Cristian and Sara was incredible! Crisitan even saved a special side trip I planned for my daughter’s birthday. He was always available! A special thank you to Crisitian for helping us out. Perfect location We stayed in the Green Palm apartment. It’s a few steps away from the main square but nestled in a tiny street so it’s quiet. There is a nearby supermarket and even a washeteria a few steps away. The washeteria offers self-service or pay a little extra and they will wash your clothes. They even delivered it to the hotel as a courtesy. Cleanliness – 5 star ++ experience! I am very picky about hotel cleanliness, and this hotel was spotless! Simona, the housekeeper, ensured that the apartment was perfect every day. Daily housekeeping was such a plus for us during our extended stay! Simona worked with such pleasure and from the heart. She became a friend. Furniture-Like one reviewer, this apartment is decorated to a high modern standard furnishing. Super high quality and new. I loved the feel of the apartment. Lastly, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of La Malandrina. He invited us to his beautiful lounge bar and was incredibly hospitable. Such a nice gesture! Bottom line – DO NOT hesitate! This hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed at with my family and we are experienced international travelers. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure the highest level of service.
