น่าประหลาดใจมากที่พักแห่งนี้สะดวกสบาย ห้องกว้างขวาง ขนาดกำลังดี มีการแบ่งพื้นที่เป็นสองชั้น ห้องชั้นบนก็เก็บเสียงได้ดีมาก ไม่ได้ยินเสียงจากภายนอกเลยเมื่อปิดห้องสนิท

My wife and I, had an absolutely wonderful stay at Oakwood Hotel & Residence Surabaya. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. The room was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean, perfect for a couple’s getaway. We especially loved the cozy ambiance and comfortable bed, which made it hard to leave the room! The facilities were excellent, and having the residence-style amenities made our stay even more convenient and relaxing. The staff truly made the experience memorable. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made us feel valued and well taken care of. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and elegant, deal for couples looking to unwind. We left with beautiful memories and will definitely return on our next trip to Surabaya. Highly recommended for couples seeking comfort, privacy, and top-notch service. 💛

สะดวกสบายมาก เงียบสงบ สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกในห้องที่จองก็ครบ เหมาะอย่างยิ่งสําหรับนักศึกษา/พนักงานที่ต้องการพัก ทริปธุรกิจ หรือนักเดินทาง

Semua baik. Udh langganan. Kamar bersih. Bisa akses kolam renang. Minus nya cm 1, receptionist nya ga 24 jam. Mungkin bs improve spy receptionist nya jaga 24 jam.

Good experiences sih. Ini penginepan kayanya semacam kos harian. Tapi karena baru jadi bersih banget. Bednya cukup nyaman, ac dingin sempurna, air panasnya bisa puwanasss pol. Kamar mandinya juga bersih banget karena masih baru. Saking barunya kayanya lupa belom nempelin cermin sama gantungan baju/handuk deh... hehehe... minusnya cuma 1, slot parkir mobilnya kecil banget, paling cuma bisa nampung 2-3 mobil. Tapi ga masalah sih, next ke Malang bisa balik lagi deh...
