Das Hotel ist von Bayern über die A9 und dann die A38 gut zu erreichen und liegt ehr am Stadtrand. Das Inventar ist etwas abgewohnt, dafür war alles sauber. Mit dem Bett war ich sehr zufrieden. TV und Dusche funktionierten sehr gut. Und der Preis war gut! Kaufland war auf der Rückseite.

Not a great experience overall. Location is not directly off any public transportation line so bear in mind lugging luggage on cobblestone can be very taxing. Service was slow at check-in. Only one staff was there in the evening, and a short queue formed to check-in while waiting for the staff to get off the phone. At check-in, room was automatically assigned via iPad, which was not a courtyard view as advertised on Trip.com, but rather a view of the garbage dump (from room 101). Went back down to ask for a change of room, and 45 frustrating minutes later, the front desk said it was because of the room category and “offered to upgrade” for 20 euros additional per night. After travelling for a long time, I didn’t want to waste any more time with a back and forth as to why Trip.com advertised a courtyard view, and the hotel gave me a garbage dump view instead, so I obliged. The new room however, was much better with a view of the Thomaskirche opposite, a lot more internal space, and a mini kitchenette.

離景點近，交通方便，房間內有暖氣，房間的空間也很大，可以打開四個行李箱的程度，也有電梯不怕需要爬樓梯扛行李，房間內的廚房沒有烤箱，有微波爐，自己煮飯都還算方便。
