ห้องมีขนาดใหญ่และการคมนาคมค่อนข้างสะดวก เดินไปทางทิศใต้ไม่กี่ร้อยเมตรก็จะถึงสถานีรถไฟใต้ดินและห้างสรรพสินค้า ความไม่สะดวกอย่างเดียวคือไม่มีเครื่องปรับอากาศในห้อง อาจร้อนในระหว่างการเดินทางช่วงฤดูร้อน

Overall the hotel was great, a little out of the main city centre, but a 10-minute walk from the nearest station, with about a 20-minute train ride to the city centre.

Aufenthalt leider eher grenzwertig gewesen. Frühstück für den geforderten Preis wirklich qualitativ und quantitativ schlecht. Mal gab es nur Äpfel als Früchte, mal nur Paprika als Gemüse.. Das Rührei schmeckte gar nicht, es war eine riesen Masse gewesen. Kaffeevollautomat (ein einziger) für teils volles Restaurant, Wartezeiten einkalkulieren! Qualität des Kaffees eher mau, da von der Sorte schnell Brühen da viele warten. Orangensaft war während der 5 Tage Aufenthalt immer nur mit AUS gekennzeichnet gewesen, scheint Nachschubprobleme zu geben..... Dieses Buffet war das Geld überhaupt nicht wert gewesen. Nun ja, Rezeption, schnell den Gast abhandeln, Zimmer an sich gut mit Safe, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Tassen und wenig Geschirr. Bad ausreichend gross, Bett bequem. Negativ am Zimmer: Verdunklungsvorhänge nur pseudo, mit den ersten Strahlen der Sonne wird man wach. Wunsch nach ruhigem Zimmer war am Ende Strassenlage gewesen, obwohl vorher mehrfach per Email bzw. am CheckIn angefragt wurde. WLAN stabil. TV Programm gut. Klimaanlage heizte sehr gut, aber leider das Kühlen ging gar nicht, daher mit offenem Fenster geschlafen da ansonsten viel zu warm. Das negative Highlight war: Zimmerreinigung aller 7 Tage!! Kein Handtuchwechsel, kein Müll raus, nothing, dies ist so gewollt von dieser Einrichtung. Empfand ich als unangebracht. Lage zur SBahn 5-10 Fussminuten, Bushaltestelle 2 Fussminuten entfernt. Insgesamt für das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis was geboten worden war, nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

Great hotel! Spacious, conveniently located in front of the tram stop and only a few stops away from the central station. There’s an Edeka (supermarket) within 10 minutes walk which makes it very suitable for long stay. Also, there’s a self-operated laundry at the basement for those who need to wash their clothes after a week long travel. I would definitely return and stay again.

I had an amazing stay at BRIGHT for three nights. The customer service was absolutely excellent—any issues or questions were resolved immediately via email, and the staff was incredibly responsive. If you send a photo of a problem, they address it straight away, which made the experience stress-free. The apartment itself is stunning—modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Everything you could need is provided, including cutlery, dishwashing liquid, a dishwasher, a washing machine with detergent, and even a lovely selection of teas, sugar, salt, milk, and coffee. As a thoughtful touch, they left a small candy gift on the bed along with fresh, great-smelling towels and bedding. The location is fantastic, with a train station right outside for easy transport. Parking is now subject to a fee, though we didn’t have to pay during our stay as they were still updating their policies. If you plan to cook, be mindful to open the windows, as triggering the fire alarm could result in a fine between €250 and €2500, as per the information provided. There are several convenient stores nearby, about a seven-minute walk, including Aldi and Burger King. Additionally, there’s a beautiful lake area perfect for a relaxing stroll. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment studio. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and top-notch service. I would definitely stay here again!

Shortly after making the booking I contacted the hotel to confirm (I provided my name and the booking number). They told me my booking did not exist and I should check with Trip. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress and worry, unfortunately, since we paid upfront. The issue was resolved by Trip very quickly. Late check-in after 10pm was no problem due to their convenient key-safe system (I requested this per Email). Parking in the area was easy enough to find (I believe they also have paid parking available). The carpeting in the room looked rather discoloured and unappealing (no carpet would be better), and the room had a strange, rather unpleasant smell. Kitchenette and fridge were nice extras. A kettle and coffee/tea in the room would be even better. Also, a communal water fountain for drinking would be nice (€2,50 for a small bottle seems a bit steep). The machine with instant coffee is a bonus (€2 perhaps also a bit steep), but there was no milk available on the first morning (only on day 2). The U6 is available from Klinik Großharding which is a short drive away (P+R available for €1.50/day). Overall a good, reasonably priced (except during Oktoberfest for example, when everything is way overpriced) place to stay, with the added convenience of a kitchenette and terrace or balcony. Bathroom was also reasonably sized. Staff were friendly.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ทางตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ของตัวเมืองมิวนิก การเดินทางค่อนข้างสะดวก สามารถนั่งรถไฟใต้ดินสาย U5 จากสถานีกลางมิวนิก (Munich Hauptbahnhof) ใช้เวลาประมาณ 30 นาทีไปลงสถานีปลายทาง แล้วเดินต่ออีก 200 เมตรก็ถึง ห้องพักค่อนข้างกว้างขวางและสะอาดพอใช้ได้ พนักงานต้อนรับให้บริการค่อนข้างดี แต่ถ้าพักหลายวัน ทางโรงแรมจะไม่ทำความสะอาดห้องให้ทุกวัน เว้นแต่จะร้องขอ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกค่อนข้างครบครัน มีร้านอาหารอิตาเลียน (เน้นพิซซ่า) ที่ล็อบบี้ และมีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตขนาดกลางถึงใหญ่ที่ชั้นล่าง (ปิดวันอาทิตย์) ใกล้ๆ กันก็มีที่จอดรถขนาดใหญ่ให้บริการ แต่ไม่มีห้างสรรพสินค้าใหญ่ๆ สำหรับเดินช้อปปิ้ง

จริงๆ แล้วนี่คือโรงแรมที่ฉันชอบที่สุดในเยอรมนี เป็นโรงแรมแบบไร้พนักงานที่ทำงานอัตโนมัติ แน่นอนว่าจะมีพนักงานเสิร์ฟมาทำความสะอาดด้วย ข้างในจะเป็นโซนออฟฟิศและลงข้อมูลทุกอย่างผ่านมือถือ สำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติก็สามารถหลีกเลี่ยงความอายจากปัญหาเรื่องภาษาได้มาก นอกจากนี้ยังมีห้องครัวและทีวี ซึ่งก็ดี โรงแรมใหม่และสะอาดมาก

Super ruhiges und sauberes Hotel mit modernem Service. Sehr gute zentrale Lage. Top Matratze. Der Taschentuchspender war so gut wie leer und hätte aufgefullt werden müssen. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt immer gerne wieder.

มีผู้ชายคนหนึ่งที่เคาน์เตอร์ต้อนรับดูเหมือนจะเหยียดเชื้อชาติ เขาชอบพูดตลกร้ายใส่ฉันอยู่เรื่อย เนื่องจากเป็นครั้งที่สองที่ฉันพักที่นั่น ฉันเลยรู้วิธีไปที่จอดรถ เลยจอดรถไว้ก่อนแล้วไปเช็คอิน ฉันบอกว่าต้องจ่ายค่าจอดรถ เขาก็บอกว่า ”ได้สิ” เขาหยุดพูดแล้วพูดว่า ”ถ้าไม่อยากจ่าย ฉันก็บอกไม่ได้” ฉันถาม ”ทำไมล่ะ” เขาตอบว่า ”ก็เพราะคุณจอดรถไว้แล้วนี่” ฉันพูดอย่างสุภาพและไม่เถียงเขาเลย! เขาให้กุญแจห้องฉัน แต่ไม่ได้ให้สลิปรหัสผ่าน บังคับให้ฉันลงไปขอข้างล่าง (ฉันเห็นเขาให้สลิปรหัสผ่านกับคู่รักผิวขาวตอนเช็คอิน) เขายังพยายามแก้ตัวด้วยการบอกว่ารหัสผ่านถูกส่งไปที่อีเมลของฉันแล้ว และเขาก็พิมพ์ออกมาอย่างไม่เต็มใจตอนที่ฉันขอให้เขาพิมพ์ให้
