There's a big shopping mall next door and all around you will find a plethora of restaurants, snack vendors, convenience stores, supermarkets, services, anything you can think of. Right in front of the building is a bus stop where you can take a bus to either Ganzhou Railway Station or Ganzhou West Railway Station. There's also a big museum and a park a stone's throw away. I stayed in a spacious room equipped with a washing machine, adequate heating for temperatures that hovered just above freezing in the early hours of the morning when I was there, and a floor to ceiling window with a seating area right next to it that gave you a view of the surrounding cityscape.
