พาพ่อแม่มาเที่ยวเลยจองที่นี่โดยเฉพาะ นอกจากเรื่องเสียงที่เก็บไม่ค่อยดีแล้ว นอกนั้นก็พอใจหมดเลยครับ มีตู้เย็น เครื่องซักผ้า ส่วนไมโครเวฟทางนิติบุคคลของอาคารไม่ให้ใช้ เลยถูกยกเลิกไปแล้วครับ ห้องทั้งสองห้องมองเห็นวิวทะเลและวิวเมืองได้หมดเลยครับ ช่วงที่เข้าพักมีปัญหาอะไรก็แก้ไขได้ทันท่วงทีครับ ทุกวันจะมีคนมาถามว่าต้องการให้ทำความสะอาดไหม บริการดีมากครับ อ้อ ในห้องไม่มีราวตากผ้า ผมเลยหาอุปกรณ์มาประกอบเอง ฮ่าๆ ใช้ดีมากครับ สองวันนี้ไปวัดหนานผู่ถัวกับเกาะกู่ลั่งอวี่ครับ ส่วนบริการถ่ายรูปที่โรงแรมแถมมาไม่ได้ใช้ครับ ถ้ามีโอกาสหน้าจะมาอีกครับ

Pros: & Cons efficient check-in and checkout process Spacious comfortable 1 bedroom apartment equipped with kitchenette, clothes washer, fridge, microwave, cook top. Big TV in living room and Bedroom. Big shower room with strong hot water. 4 big & fast lifts serving the hotel guests. Gym is on level 7, quite small and old Metro Lindou station is 150m walk from main entry. Yilong Mall is opposite the hotel, accessible from the metro station underground walkway When we arrived, we were assigned ra oom in level 5 with view over car parking and a building nearby. There was connecting door which we could hear noises from next room. Requested room change - assigned room 1709 on level 17. There was strong cooking oily.odour and the kitchen and timber floors were oily. Requested cleaning of the oil off the kitchen bench ,& cook tops, dining table and timber floor. Breakfast buffet mainly Chinese food and minimum western food items. Very much self service style with minimum staff. Our stay experience reflected that there is lack of hotel management effort on quality control and staff co-ordinator. It seemed hotel management and supervision did not show any interest in running the hotel.

Hotel is basically a subleased room in an apartment complex; there isn’t a check in reception or front desk; just a guy who has a phone. Room has big sized fridge and a small bathroom with a washing machine which is handy. The seals on the shower need to be checked as there was water all over the floor. Apartment maintenance should probably have the courtesy to message before hand, but they don’t - he just shows up randomly and starts looking through the cupboards and drawers for additional linen he might have left in there. Rude d***! It’s located right next to the Wanda Mall which has dozens of restaurants and shops for your grocery needs, including a Walmart.

酒店服務人員態度很好，住的環境也很乾淨，最棒的是可以看到演武大橋海景，還有晚上的夜景也很漂亮，交通位置方便，基本設備都有，會推薦朋友來住

I tend not to book home stays because they are a bit of a hassle getting in to them, especially if your Chinese is limited. However this was easy, the person on WeChat used English throughout. The room was clean enough but I did find a questionable adult object under the bed so although the sheets had been changed it wasn’t fully searched for things left by previous occupants. I only found this when I was checking out, and It’s not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. Location is good, WiFi is average. I would stay here again.
