GREAT FOOD AND DRINK
Lovely pub with great food and drink. Nice to be able to get a decent hoppy ale in Mayo - definitely recommend the Scraggy Bay!
Brillaint bar for music and atmosphere
Called in quite early before 6 o'clock and it was busy. Lovely pints of Guinness and friendly service. Then the music started - excellent traditional intruments and voices. Great atmosphere. Shame ...
How was this Trad?
Disappointing for 2, maybe 3 reasons. Crowded, soho RT pour (and I ordered expensive whiskeys), AND THE MUSICIANS DID NOT PLAY TRADITIONAL IRISH MUSIC. Ian & Sylvia, Eric Clapton, Eagles, Glen Campbel...
