can't actually find a way to go down to the shore, but pretty
gives a pretty good view, especially from on top of the dam/on the road towards Hiruzen - but no way (that I've found) to reach the lakeside/actually visit it.
Although it is an artificial lake associated with the dam, it is not very crowded. It's a very quiet lake with sparse bus fishing people. It is close to Yuhara Onsen, which is the west side of the open-air bath, so I would like people in the city to go there.
I had time when I was intensively going to the north of the prefecture to climb mountains, so I stopped by. I went there only to eat cup ramen during the snowy season of a long time ago, but this time I brewed coffee on a bench by the lake and drank it. A boat that seemed to be a bus fishing boat was floating, but it was relaxing on the very quiet lakeside.
You can reach the Yuhara Dam in about 10 minutes by car from the Yuhara Onsen town. Speaking of the dam, there is an image of driftwood and garbage floating, but the Yuhara Dam in the morning was a beautiful lake with quiet autumn leaves. Looking down from the top of the dam, I could see the hot spring town where I stayed last night again. The view from above is very beautiful and a must-see for photo fans.
It was a dam lake made by the Yuhara Dam that rises in the back of the sand bath, and the scenery was good. You can enjoy Lake Yuhara by running on Prefectural Road 322. It seems that you can catch herbna.
