Great views from top

It is a steep hill up, but only about a mile. Besides the narrow path, we loved this hike. It was just the right amount of challenge. The views from the top are well worth it!

a challenge with a reward

the trail is straight up, which was challenging on the way up, but even more for my knees on the way down. the view from the tower is well worth it, and it was out favorite visit in the park.
