It's more empty than some nearby and the hot water is good and nice
Original Text
The open-air bath is very cold in winter. I was soaked in too lukewarm hot water for more than 30 minutes, but no one came in, so I could take a picture. There is nothing but a bath, but this is my favorite day trip hot spring. You can stay overnight. I've been here many times, but this time I talked a little longer with the person here for the first time. Anyway, the hot water is good even though it is vacant. You can see the opposite bank of the river and have a feeling of openness ...
It's a little bit from National Highway. 120, but it's a little bit small and the quality of the hot springs is very good. The menu in the dining room is also delicious with wild plant tempura and soba.
It seems that the manager changed after the Great East Japan Earthquake. Business hours were irregular and I couldn't enter in the morning I had previously entered. I was able to order and eat meals in the former Sasa no Yu, but now it is no longer. I was especially looking forward to the new soba season. I think hot water is good, but I think it has become a business-like management that contributes to maximizing profits and has lost the charm of Sasa no Yu.
The quality of the hot springs is very good. Unlike other facilities in the area, it seems that tour groups do not come. The tempura of Maitake mushrooms was delicious.
I happened to stop by, but the source was flowing and I put it in a luxurious mood. There was also an open-air bath. The autumn leaves are beautiful and the best ⤴⤴ I definitely want to go again.
