Ine no sake brewery
A sake brewery in Ine, the town of Funaya. Sake is also retailed at the storefront. In addition to the full bloom of Ine and the spring of Kyoto, there were various brands of sake.
Unlike general sake breweries, (Wednesday) (Thursday) is a regular holiday, so please note this point if you plan to visit.
Founded: It has an old history with the 4th year of the Horeki (1754), and it included "Red Rice Sake Ine Full Bloom" as one of the sake offered at G20 Osaka ｻﾐｯﾄ held in June 2019. This visit to Ine [September 17 (Thursday)] I definitely wanted to stop by at the opportunity. Unlike the general sake brewery when I actually stopped by, [Water] and [Tree] are closed on regular holidays (see attached photo), and unfortunately it became impossible to visit the sake brewery. I went touring!
Mukai Sake Brewery's sake is called Ine full bloom, and it feels like wine, and the color is very mellow with a color like a light red wine! Only Mukai Sake Brewery in Ine sells, so when you go to Funaya in Ine for sightseeing, please stop by Mukai Sake Brewery.

It is about a 5-minute walk from the Ine tourist information center. If you are inadvertently, you may overlook the direct sales office. We also sell rice and heshiko other than sake. There were many things that I could only buy here.
