St. George's Anglican Church, Penang, Malaysia

St. George's Church, although it is a church, but I feel like a small museum with a lot of precious oil paintings and some treasures. It feels like a good choice for friends with faith to come here.

St. George's Church is the largest all-wood building church in the world. The whole church is all white Gothic style. The stained glass inside is gorgeous. Even the chandelier above the altar is also a gift from Queen Victoria. This time I just encountered a major renovation. But I can still feel its grandeur.

St. George's Church in Penang, Malaysia is one of the oldest English churches in Penang, Malaysia. This beautiful ancient building was built in 1818 to commemorate the first people who built the foundation in Penang. In the heart of Penang, this white minarets church is conspicuous. Although small, this church has a sense of grandeur and stateliness, rows of neatly shaped beautiful columns stand, is one of Penang's most representative buildings in British style.

Part of the heritage trail (temples, churches, mosques), the Protestant graveyard and the Church of the Assumption are just further ahead.When we arrived at the temple, we noticed it seemed to be under construction, and no one else was around. We would have loved to enter the church, but unfortunately there was no information displayed regarding church operation timings. We took to exploring the courtyard and came across a beautiful pagoda-like structure in front of the church.

Very beautiful church, built by the British in 1819, affiliated with the East India Company, really amazing, read so many historical books, the first time to see the building they left, such a beautiful scenery plus history, time seems to have been reversed for two hundred years!

Also known as the Greek Orthodox Church of Margielgis (The Church of Maar Girgiis), built on one of the many towers of the Babylonian fortress, located on the Babylonian Fort (north side of the Coptic Museum), is a Byzantine church with a domed dome, and is the most magnificent Romanesque building in Old Cairo.

If you live in Love Lane, you can see many beautiful buildings from the alley towards the seaside and along the main road towards the pier. The sun in Georgetown was always shining brightly, and the blue sky and white clouds were hollow, so the snow white in St George's Church always felt particularly piercing. But in the evening, the sunset was very quiet in the coconut trees.
