An educational facility for the common people established by Mitsumasa Ikeda, the Lord of Okayama domain, by ordering his vassal nagatada Tsuda. I visited for the first time, but after completion, even after ３００ years, the majesty of the facilities completed with the best of ３０ years and architectural technology, such as the auditorium that emits beauty and the stone wall surrounding the surroundings, is transmitted.
