The hotel was really clean. The photos we saw of this hotel all over the internet showed it to be close to the promenade, but unfortunately it wasn't like the photos and it was a long walk from many things. The breakfast didn't have the variety that a five-star hotel should have, it was about the same as a four-star hotel and there was very little choice. The Netherlands is famous for its cheese, and considering it was a five-star hotel and in the Netherlands, there was very little choice of cheese at the hotel's breakfast. The hotel didn't have slippers, it's a good thing we had brought them with us. We went to five- and four-star hotels in several different countries and they all gave us a bottle of mineral water a day, but here, no, there was no water and we bought it ourselves from the market. And another thing that really bothered us was the extreme coldness of the room🥶, to the point where it was like winter (we were there on September 1st). The air conditioner in the room was always on and could not be turned off at all, and they themselves confirmed this, and unfortunately I got sick there🥺😮💨. One of the towels and one of the pillowcases were also dirty. If they can't be washed, they should be thrown away. This brings down the quality of a five-star hotel. The menu selection was limited, but we had a very delicious fish dinner.😋

โรงแรมดีมาก ทำเลที่ตั้งและการเดินทางสะดวก ห้องพักให้ความรู้สึกอบอุ่นสบาย อ่างจากุซซี่เป็นจุดเด่นอย่างหนึ่ง แต่ก็อาจจะสะอาดไปหน่อย ตู้เย็นค่อนข้างสกปรก และแก้วใบหนึ่งมีคราบกาแฟ ซึ่งค่อนข้างน่าขยะแขยงจริงๆ กาต้มน้ำยังมีน้ำเหลืออยู่บ้าง

โรงแรมทำเลดี ติดริมหาด เป็นโรงแรมประวัติศาสตร์ที่คงการออกแบบภายในแบบยุคศตวรรษที่ 19 สวยมาก แต่ห้องก็เลยจะเก่าหน่อย ชอบที่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกภายในห้องครบครัน โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งของใช้ในห้องน้ำ ห้องใหญ่ เตียงนอนสบาย แต่บริการตอนเช็คอินช้าและวุ่นวาย เราได้รับน้ำดื่มภายในห้องแค่วันแรกทั้งๆที่พัก 3 คืน พอโทร.ทวงถามพนักงานแจ้งว่าให้เฉพาะวันแรกเท่านั้น แต่คนที่ไปด้วยกันพักอีกห้อง (type เดียวกัน ราคาเดียวกัน จองมาพร้อมๆกัน) ได้รับครบทั้ง 3 วัน วันละขวด มาตรฐานการบริการอยู่ตรงไหน?

The staff at the reception desks were always helpful and friendly. We felt welcome when we arrived. We were pleased that we could use the pool, but was surprised that hotel guests are only allowed to use the pools in the morning between 8 and 9.30am, as the rest of the day, usage of the facility became part of a payable spa experience open to public. I do not think that was clear online during the booking, and on the whole, this has never been experienced in any other hotels we'd come across. The view of the city from the windows in our room was excellent. The environment within the hotel has been calm and quiet.

ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดี อยู่ติดกับท่าเรือเก่าและมีวิวสวยงามจากหน้าต่างห้องพัก โรงแรมสะอาด แต่เคาน์เตอร์ต้อนรับดูเหมือนจะขอรายละเอียดในแบบฟอร์มลงทะเบียนมากเกินไป อยู่ไม่ไกลจากตลาด Markthal และบ้านทรงลูกบาศก์สีเหลือง ลมแรงมากในรอตเตอร์ดัม โดยรวมแล้วถือว่าดี

The room was so clean and spacious! I enjoyed the big TV screen as well. Somehow I couldn’t chromecast Netflix. The staff were very kind too. Check-in and out was very smooth too. The breakfast was sufficient, though, I thought it was mediocre for 20€.

โรงแรมดี อยู่ใจกลางเมือง โรงจอดรถอยู่ห่างออกไปไม่เกิน 5 นาที สําหรับห้องที่หรูหราเรามีฉันคาดหวังว่าจะมีห้องมากขึ้นห้องเก็บของมากขึ้นและแน่นอนตู้เย็นขนาดเล็ก จุดเล็ก ๆ ที่ดีไม่ใช่แม้แต่อ่างอาบน้ํา แต่ฝักบัวในร่มและกาแฟและชาเตียงก็ค่อนข้างดี อาหารเช้าดี หลากหลาย ขนมปังให้เลือกเต็ม ของกินสด น้ําผลไม้ ครอก ฝาขนมปังดี ขนมหวานดี แต่เราพลาดกล่องขยะบนโต๊ะ เช็คอินผ่านคอมพิวเตอร์ ตลอดเวลา (เสียดาย ) แต่มีคนช่วยถ้าจําเป็น พนักงานเป็นกันเอง เป็นโรงแรมที่ดีมาก ราคาดี เราทําอาหารเย็นนอกประตู

Our first trip with our 4-month little baby was amazing due to the great service of the Stuff ! They listened to all our request and always make us feel welcome if we need anything ! The SPA closes late (11pm) which was a big plus for us to enjoy when we have a moment ! The only negative things is that the parking space cost 20 euros/day which is a little bit expensive from our point or view compare to other public parking near by … I recommand it and would come back here without any hesitation !

We received great care from the staff and were able to use luggage storage, which was great. This hotel is right in between Scheveningen and Den Haag and easily accessible through metro, bus, and by foot. We enjoyed our stay and the decor. Unfortunately the closet and shower were slightly malfunctioning and the airconditioning was not that good. However, I believe this will be resolved shortly and would recommend a stay here!
