First of all, the room door cant be opened using the access card after every time I go out, and the staff said its need to be updated everytime or the card not to be placed in hot area. What is this?? So unprofessional. What if any emergency?? We need to go down again to the treception and get updated and come up again? And in the bathroom the sink water was not clean and in the shower area, the water was not going smoothly and its clogged, need to wait 15-20 minutes to use the shower area again. Please take action on the cleanliness and the access card service. Pertama-tama, pintu kamar tidak dapat dibuka menggunakan kartu akses setiap kali saya keluar, dan staf mengatakan perlu diperbarui setiap kali atau kartu tidak boleh diletakkan di tempat yang panas. Apa ini?? Sangat tidak profesional. Bagaimana jika terjadi keadaan darurat?? Kami perlu turun lagi ke resepsionis dan mendapatkan informasi terbaru lalu naik lagi? โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ห่างจากสนามบินไม่ถึง 10 นาที และมีบริการรถรับส่งสนามบินฟรี นอกจากนี้ยังมีร้านอาหารมากมายอยู่รอบๆ โรงแรม เช่น ร้านเบเกอรี่ และซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตอินโดมาเร็ต ห้องพักสะอาด มีวิวสวย (ต้องขอห้องชั้นสูงๆ) และน้ำไหลแรงดี ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือเครื่องปรับอากาศไม่เย็นพอในช่วงที่ฉันเข้าพัก และห้องค่อนข้างเล็ก หวังว่าโรงแรมจะซ่อมเครื่องปรับอากาศได้ บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าดีและมีให้เลือกหลากหลาย โดยรวมแล้วคุ้มค่ากับเงินที่จ่ายไปและเป็นการเข้าพักที่ดี

Stayed for 5 days 4 nights here. Concierge staff and reception were excellent. Hotel building is pretty dated and full of wear and tear. Water dripping from ceiling and caused wetness on floor, got worried, called and texted to their WhatsApp but no response, so waited at least half hour to send technician over. Spa massage was neither good nor value for money, 2x price from what you can get in SKA shopping mall. Housekeeping was great, managed to get some good nights sleep here

Kamar deluxe twin bed tapi tidak ada jendela. Sudah hubungi ke CS hotel tapi tidak ada respon. But overall good!

Bener-bener nyaman kalau mau rehat sebentar atau mau staycation disini. Tapi sepertinya untuk kamarnya bisa ditambahkan lagi pengharum ruangan nya.

Highly recommend this hotel with a large parking area and a swimming pool that makes us want to swim until morning

The furniture littlebit old, but overall clean.. I did special request of King bed room, but end up still did not fully fulfill all my request, end up getting some were Twin Single bed room.
