กระบวนการเช็คอินใช้เวลานาน ห้องพักมีกลิ่น โถงทางเดินมีกลิ่นแต่ทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมืองบางทีอาจจะยังปรับปรุงได้เพราะเปลี่ยนการจัดการจากที่เคยอยู่ใน พื้นที่สีเขียว การเติมอาหารเช้าก็ใช้เวลานานแต่ก็คุ้มค่ากับวิวสวยของร้านอาหารที่มองเห็นเมืองได้เยอะมาก มีเมนูให้เลือกด้วย ราคาไม่แพง เหมือนอาหารเช้าเลย

Menginap belasan kali di amarelo. Overall were good..menu breakfast aj yg lbh ditingkatkan rasanya. AC butuh pemeliharaan biar makin adeemmm

It's been wonderful staying here, but the hotel itself needs to be renovated. The staffs were nice and kindly provide many great information about the city.

This is my second time to stay in this hotel within 2 months. the location is great, near the highway. great service in clean room. Their pub in the top floor has beautiful views, we enjoyed much in there. definitely will come back again next time.

I love this hotel so much, the staff are amazing and helpfull, the bed and pillow are really comfy. The room accros mine at 10pm was open their talked loudly and i complained to front desk,and the staff immediately asked them to closed their doors so i can sleep, thank you ciputra hotel.. and the location also the best

Hotel wangi dari waktu masuk sampai kamar, bersih dan pelayanan service memuaskan. Hanya saja bed (kasurnya terlalu ambles masuk kempes dan goyang) utk ukuran hotel seperti Sahid itu kurang elite kasurnya. Jadi mungkin bisa di perbaiki dalam kasurnya saja. Kurang nyaman utk tidur seperti fasilitas hotel sekelas Sahid..thx u

We stayed during Ied Mubarak holiday for 4 days/3 nights in April 2025. We booked 2 connecting rooms for my family (4 persons). I chose this hotel because it has swimming pool and gym, we used to exercise daily. In fact, the gym was closed for long term maintenance. It should be declared and crossed out from the hotel facility so we noticed from beginning, not surprised on site. The rooms at a glance were ok but when we looked to the interior were lousy. The curtain, gordyn, and bed lamps, dirty and stained. My children room has no curtain, so direct sunshine and very hot during the day. The towel seemed already used for years. not soft, looks lousy and the color not pure white as normally hotel towel. Each room provided safety box but no function at all. if you see the direction on the safety box (see the photo), it supposed has red button inside the box but no button at all. The safety box used 4 battery. In my room has only 2 batteries out of 4 and already expired since March 2018. My children' room has 4 battery but also not functioned. the button numbers and keys cant be pressed so we cant keep important and valuable items inside it. The swimming pool were crowded and the water was dirty. the hotel supposed to overall cleaning to the pool due to holiday seasons but the water obviously dirty. The parking lot is low maintenance, dirty, and rubbish everwhere. the Horison Ultima was only 3 years old last December 2024 as I saw from the stickwerck at lobby. The hotel was Star Hotel and changed to Horison Ultima. The parking lot was narrow and limited. For location is ok, near Java Mall. good for morning walk. the hotel staffs were polite and fast response. the amenities for 4* hotel is good enough. the mini fridge in the room is ok as well as the Aircon. If I may advise the management, please take serious attention to the cleanliness and maintenance also room refurbishment to the lousy interior inside as top priority.

Location is excellent. Around 15 mins exit Kali Kangkung toll road. But the I think for 4 stars hotel there's much to be improved such as : swimming pool is quite dirty, breakfast needs to be improved, sound proof treatment needs to be improved because the sounds from the alley are quite loud heard inside the room. Overall quite ok

โรงแรมสะอาดและสะดวกสบาย โรงแรมสไตล์เก่า แต่ได้รับการดูแลอย่างดี ... สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกสําหรับแขกนั้นสมบูรณ์และอยู่ในสภาพดี แต่บริการจากแผนกต้อนรับดูแข็งเกินไปและไม่ยืดหยุ่น ฉันแค่ถามว่าสามารถเช็คเอาท์ล่วงเวลาได้ไหมที่12.30 แต่คําตอบคือ ”ไม่สามารถ!!! โรงแรมเต็มวันนี้” ด้วยเสียงที่ไม่เป็นมิตร แม้ว่าจะเป็นเดือนรอมฎอน แต่ฉันรู้ว่าโรงแรมไม่ยุ่งเลย แม้จะมีความแข็งตัวของด้านหน้า แต่ทางโรงแรมก็ยังแนะนําเป็นอย่างยิ่ง ...

A beautifully presented hotel, almost museum like, in the center of Surakarta. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, with Indonesian, Chinese and Western food. Walking distance to many sites, including Pasar Gede, Pasar Klewet, and the Keraton. Batik shopping and great coffee shops nearby. The best place to stay in Surakarta.
