It's been wonderful staying here, but the hotel itself needs to be renovated. The staffs were nice and kindly provide many great information about the city.

It was an awesome experience in Aruss. I would like to commend the very helpful employees, everyone was so nice and welcoming. Hotel is near supermarket making it really convenient on buying your food or late night snacks however, its quite far from malls and other landmarks. During ramdaman, it took us few minutes to book a taxi, whether gojek or bluebird and the fare rate shoot up when non-peak hours. I would appreciate if the pool is heated and if the sauna will be placed outside the gym. But all in all, I love my stay in Aruss hotel and I will definitely comeback.

A very nice hotel around Simpang Lima, but definitely no luxury. A bit troublesome with parking if you bring car, but very friendly staff

Menginap dihotel ini sdh belasan kali sebenarnya, Krn pengalaman yg oke selalu balik kesini tiap ada acara dsolo. Tetapi kmrn sdkt kecewa Krn AC dkmr tdk dingin dan sprei bikin gatal dibadan , mungkin Krn kmr pengap panas . Kmr mandi bersih lainnya oke.. mgkn bisa ditingkatkan utk maintenance AC nya . Sekelas amarelo hrs oke dunk

Good service. We booked on the peak date, fortunately they still have rooms. There were problem on the toilet, but we dont mind and they solve it right away. Thanks

เราพัก 4 days/3 คืนในช่วงวันหยุด Ied Mubarak ในเดือนเมษายน 2025 เราจองห้องเชื่อมต่อ 2 ห้องสําหรับครอบครัวของฉัน (4 คน) ฉันเลือกโรงแรมนี้เพราะมีสระว่ายน้ําและยิมเราเคยออกกําลังกายทุกวัน ในความเป็นจริงโรงยิมถูกปิดเพื่อบํารุงรักษาระยะยาว มันควรจะประกาศและข้ามจากสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกของโรงแรมดังนั้นเราจึงสังเกตเห็นตั้งแต่ต้นและไม่แปลกใจในที่เกิดเหตุ ห้องพักก็โอเคในแวบแรก แต่เมื่อเรามองเข้าไปข้างในมันแย่มาก ผ้าม่าน โคมไฟและโคมไฟเตียงสกปรกและเปื้อน ห้องเด็กของฉันไม่มีผ้าม่าน ดังนั้นจึงมีแดดโดยตรงและร้อนมากในระหว่างวัน ผ้าเช็ดตัวดูเหมือนจะใช้มาหลายปีแล้ว ไม่นุ่ม ดูแย่ และสีไม่ขาวบริสุทธิ์เหมือนผ้าเช็ดตัวของโรงแรมทั่วไป แต่ละห้องมีตู้นิรภัย แต่ไม่มีฟังก์ชั่นเลย หากคุณเห็นทิศทางบนตู้นิรภัย (ดูรูป) น่าจะมีปุ่มสีแดงภายในกล่อง แต่ไม่มีปุ่มเลย กล่องนิรภัยใช้แบตเตอรี่ 4 ใบ มีแบตเตอรี่เพียง 2 ใบในห้องของฉันและหมดอายุตั้งแต่เดือนมีนาคม 2018 ห้องเด็กของฉันมีแบตเตอรี่ 4 ใบ แต่ไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ ไม่สามารถกดหมายเลขปุ่มและกุญแจได้ดังนั้นเราจึงไม่สามารถเก็บสิ่งของที่สําคัญและมีค่าไว้ภายในได้ สระว่ายน้ําแออัดและน้ําสกปรก โรงแรมควรทําความสะอาดสระว่ายน้ําโดยรวมเนื่องจากเป็นช่วงวันหยุด แต่น้ําสกปรกอย่างเห็นได้ชัด ที่จอดรถได้รับการดูแลไม่ดีสกปรกและขยะทุกที่ เมื่อเดือนธันวาคม 2024 ฉันเห็นจากไม้เท้าที่ล็อบบี้โรงแรม Star Hotel และเปลี่ยนเป็น Horison Ultima ที่จอดรถแคบและ จํากัด สําหรับทําเลที่ตั้งก็โอเคใกล้กับห้างสรรพสินค้า Java เหมาะสําหรับการเดินตอนเช้า พนักงานของโรงแรมมีความสุภาพและตอบสนองอย่างรวดเร็ว สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกของโรงแรม 4 * นั้นดีพอ ตู้เย็นขนาดเล็กในห้องก็โอเคและเครื่องปรับอากาศ ถ้าฉันสามารถให้คําแนะนํากับผู้จัดการโปรดให้ความสนใจอย่างจริงจังกับความสะอาดและการบํารุงรักษาและการตกแต่งห้องและปรับปรุงภายในที่ไม่ดีเป็นสิ่งสําคัญที่สุด

A nice affordable place to stay. The location is the best thing about the hotel. It's located in the middle of the city and you can go to the main attractions easily from the hotel. Also, I like the room service. They clean the room every day. They change the towels and wipe the room clean every day. The downside is probably just the size of the room. We booked a room for 3 people, and while the room can accommodate 3 people, but it was just too cramped with all our stuffs 🤣 So yeah, the room is small, but everything aside, it was a decent stay!
