This was my first time staying at Khas Semarang. I arrived around 12 pm and the hotel was very crowded because there was an event that day. The staff told me check-in was only at 2 pm, which is fine, but the problem was there were basically no seats available in the lobby to wait. They suggested I sit in the restaurant instead. Honestly that felt a bit strange since it’s Ramadan and people are fasting. Anyway, as a local I didn’t really mind, so I just went to Paragon Mall which is about 10 minutes away to kill some time. The room itself was quite clean and had all the basic amenities, so no issue there. For sahur, I requested breakfast to be delivered at 3 am. It only arrived around 3:30 am. When I asked the staff why it was late, they said they had to deliver to more than 20 rooms first. That made me wonder why they don’t just open a simple sahur buffet to make things easier for everyone. The soto was actually nice, but unfortunately it was already cold by the time it arrived. Food overall was decent. One thing I like about this hotel is the location. There are quite a few nice cafés around and many of them are open 24 hours, so it’s easy to find somewhere to hang out late at night if you want.

From the moment you arrive at FIM by Zigna, it becomes clear that this is no ordinary 3-star hotel. Everything feels considered, refined, and quietly elevated in a way that far exceeds expectations. The first impression is striking—the exterior is immaculate, with a sense of care that immediately sets the tone. Step inside, and that same attention to detail continues seamlessly into the rooms. They are spotless, thoughtfully designed, and maintained to a standard that would not feel out of place in a well-rated international 4-star property. What truly elevates the experience, however, is the management and ownership behind it all. There is a noticeable precision in how everything operates—from the smooth check-in process to the overall atmosphere of calm efficiency. It’s clear that someone is paying close attention to the finer points that many hotels overlook. The staff deserve special recognition. They are consistently polite, professional, and impressively efficient without ever feeling rushed or impersonal. Service here strikes that rare balance between warmth and competence. Breakfast is another highlight—genuinely exceptional. The quality, variety, and presentation go beyond what you would typically expect at this level, turning what is often a routine meal into something to look forward to each morning. Location-wise, it’s hard to fault. Perfectly positioned for exploring Solo, everything feels conveniently within reach. All things considered, the 3-star rating is genuinely surprising. By international standards, this hotel comfortably performs at a 4-star level, if not beyond in certain aspects. FIM by Zigna is a standout example of what happens when strong management, attention to detail, and genuine care for the guest experience come together.

It's very convenient to shop, a big mall just in the same building. Poncol train station is about one kilometre away. The basic room is quite large and spacious with separate bathroom and shower. Service was fine. The downside was the bedsheets and pillows cases were dirty and we found small hairs, we felt like they were not changed after previous guest/guests, we had to ask guest relations to change them. Breakfast was full of local food.

In terms of atmosphere, this hotel actually met our expectations quite well, especially as we prefer a place that is not too crowded, with a natural tropical landscape and an ethnic-rustic architectural style. The room size was also quite spacious, noticeably larger than a typical hotel room. Another plus point was the Smart TV, which made the children happy as they could watch Netflix comfortably. However, we were rather disappointed with the condition of the room, particularly the bathroom. There was a strong unpleasant odor, similar to a septic tank smell, coming from the toilet/WC area, which was quite disturbing and affected our comfort during the stay. The bathroom also seemed poorly maintained, as seen from the cracked/chipped toilet water tank. In addition, the bathroom ceiling looked untidy and appeared to be sagging on one side. Another issue that bothered us was the presence of many large black ants inside the room, especially around food. The swimming pool was also not very comfortable, as the chlorine level seemed too high, causing irritation to the eyes and nose when exposed to the water. As for the restaurant, the food variety was rather limited. What surprised us even more was that omelets or eggs were limited to one portion per guest. Overall, we believe this hotel has good potential in terms of atmosphere, concept, and room size. However, for a 3-star boutique hotel with a rate of around IDR 900,000 per night, the condition of the facilities and the overall stay experience did not feel proportionate. In our opinion, the hotel is somewhat overpriced.

Good place to stay with affordable and reasonable price. This is my view when I’m visiting 3days4 night for my business trip. Services is perfect. But the door seems hard to open. Probably need to improve that. Overall best value.

As mentioned on my previous review the hotel tomorrow and provides a really good however aging amenities and hotel experience. The stay was good the food was amazing however I do have to say that in the four star hotel class in central samarang there are a lot of other choices so feel free to take a look at those first but do not leave novotel entirely out of your list.

ค่อนข้างพอใจกับการมาพักที่นี่ นอกจากสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครันแล้ว พนักงานทุกคนยังเป็นมิตรอีกด้วย ห้องพักค่อนข้างกว้างขวางและสะดวกสบาย ที่จอดรถก็กว้างขวางเช่นกัน ที่ตั้งของโรงแรมอยู่ไม่ไกลจากห้างสรรพสินค้าแต่ค่อนข้างไกลจากใจกลางเมือง

The Grand Deluxe rooms huge n clean although there is some small cockroaches in the bathroom but anyway i like the room with balcony. The tv is 43 inch with so may channel like Hbo group n cinemex n axn. The ac is cold n the hotel nearby to Pandanaran street where there is alot of  snacks store. Walking distance to simpang lima street also. Breakfast mostly Indonesian food.

หลีกหนีความวุ่นวายของยอกยาการ์ตา การอยู่ในเมืองอาจดูอึดอัด แต่ทำเลที่ตั้งนี้จึงเหมาะสมอย่างยิ่ง รายล้อมไปด้วยธรรมชาติ ทั้งนกน้อย เมฆหมอก และวิวทิวทัศน์อันน่าทึ่ง ทำเลที่ตั้งน่าสนใจมากเพราะรถต้องฝ่าลมแรงๆ ผ่านหมู่บ้าน หากคุณเลือกทัวร์รถจี๊ปในตอนเช้า รถจี๊ปจะมารับคุณจากวิลล่าโดยเปิดหลังคารถออกมา คุณจะได้สัมผัสกับสายลมที่พัดผ่านเส้นผม ซึมซับความสงบสุขจากหมู่บ้านและอากาศบริสุทธิ์ นอกจากนี้ยังมีบริการนวด ซึ่งราคาค่อนข้างสูง แต่คุ้มค่าที่ 450,000 รูเปียห์ต่อชั่วโมง ตุ๊กแกอาจมีเสียงดังในตอนกลางคืน แต่นั่นคือธรรมชาติ มีสระว่ายน้ำที่สวยงามที่มองเห็นโบโรโบดูร์และยอกยาการ์ตา ประตูวิลล่ามีมดอยู่บ้าง แต่ฉันคิดว่าน่าจะเป็นเพราะไม้มากกว่า หลังคาวิลล่าห้องจูเนียร์สวีทให้ความรู้สึกกลวงๆ เล็กน้อย เพราะได้ยินเสียงนกกระโดดและร้องเจื้อยแจ้วอยู่ด้านบนในช่วงหัวค่ำ อาหารไม่ค่อยอร่อย โดยเฉพาะอาหารเช้า แต่เนื่องจากที่นี่ปลูกถั่วฝักยาว ลองชิมถั่วฝักยาวดูสิ ถั่วฝักยาวของที่นี่กรอบและสดใหม่ ข้าวไก่ย่างของที่นี่ก็อร่อยไม่แพ้กัน ส่วนน้ำพริกซัมบัลของที่นี่ก็ต้องลอง สดใหม่ เผ็ด เปรี้ยว! ตอนกลางคืน คุณจะได้ยินเสียงอาซาน หรือเสียงเรียกให้ละหมาด ดังไปทั่วยอกยาการ์ตา เป็นประสบการณ์ที่น่าอัศจรรย์และศักดิ์สิทธิ์จริงๆ

นี่เป็นครั้งที่สามที่ฉันมาพักที่ Metro Park View และประสบการณ์ก็ดีมากเช่นเคย พนักงานใจดีพอให้ฉันเช็คอินหลัง 12.00 น. โดยไม่ต้องรอจนถึง 14.00 น. เพราะห้องพร้อมแล้ว ฉันยังรู้สึกประหลาดใจกับการอัพเกรดห้องฟรีซึ่งได้รับการชื่นชมจริงๆ บริการตลอดการเข้าพักนั้นยอดเยี่ยม พนักงานเป็นมิตรช่วยเหลือดีและเป็นมืออาชีพ เนื่องจากฉันพักในช่วงเดือนรอมฎอนอาหารเช้า sahur ก็ดีมากมีอาหารให้เลือกมากมายทุกอย่างเตรียมไว้อย่างดีและตรงต่อเวลา ทําให้มื้อเช้าสบายและสนุกสนาน ห้องพักสะอาด สะดวกสบาย และได้รับการดูแลอย่างดี ซึ่งทําให้ง่ายต่อการพักผ่อนหลังจากวันที่ยาวนานอยู่ข้างนอก โดยรวมแล้วบรรยากาศของโรงแรมให้ความรู้สึกสงบและอบอุ่น ทําเลที่ตั้งเป็นข้อได้เปรียบที่ใหญ่อีกอย่างหนึ่ง มีตลาดนัดรอมฎอนอยู่ข้างๆ ซึ่งสะดวกมากในช่วงเดือนสวดมนต์ รอบๆ โรงแรมยังมีร้านกาแฟและที่กินมากมาย จึงหาของกินได้ง่าย หรือเพียงแค่พักผ่อนข้างนอก สุจริตฉันไม่สามารถคิดเกี่ยวกับข้อร้องเรียนหรือจุดลบเกี่ยวกับการเข้าพักครั้งนี้ได้ ทุกอย่างราบรื่นและสนุกสนาน หากคุณกําลังเยี่ยมชมเซมารังฉันขอแนะนําให้จองโรงแรมนี้อย่างแน่นอน
