โรงแรมมีคุณภาพน้ำที่แย่มาก น้ำประปามีกลิ่นแปลกๆ และไม่สะอาด ทำให้ล้างมือและอาบน้ำได้ยาก นอกจากนี้ อุณหภูมิของน้ำในอ่างอาบน้ำยังขึ้นๆ ลงๆ ระหว่างร้อนและเย็น ซึ่งน่าหงุดหงิดมาก อย่างไรก็ตาม นอกเหนือจากนี้แล้ว ทุกอย่างก็ยอดเยี่ยม ทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับสถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน และพนักงานก็เป็นมิตรและสุภาพ

El hotel un servicio excelente, el personal muy amable y atento, las instalaciones muy antiguas, ubicación inmejorable, relación calidad/precio un poco alto, en nuestro caso destacar que tienen cargador para coche eléctrico, en eso un 10.

Location: The hotel is located near the train station, but getting there requires climbing a steep hill. It’s puzzling why the hotel doesn’t offer a shuttle bus to the station. On the bright side, the hotel faces the sea, offering stunning views. There’s also a sightseeing mini-train right downstairs, which costs €8 per person. It takes you around some of Tarragona’s main attractions, but it doesn’t stop along the way, nor is there any guided commentary. Service: The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming. They not only recommended excellent sightseeing routes but also some very delicious restaurants. Since we arrived early for check-in and our room wasn’t ready, they kindly offered us the option to use the gym facilities to change clothes if needed. Cleanness: Good. Facility: The mattress was terrible. Why do mattresses in Spanish local-brand hotels seem to always sag so much? Do they actually prefer that sinking feeling? Overall: Great value for money.

Very good hotel. They just completed a full refurb. The zone of the entrance looks very modern. Breakfast is excellent just I think they should offer more variety to stand out. For me was a really nice stay and we would come back.

โรงแรมมีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตบูติกของตัวเองซึ่งสะดวกสำหรับการช็อปปิ้งและที่จอดรถฟรี ร้านอาหารเคยดี แต่ครั้งสุดท้ายที่ฉันไปที่นั่นเพราะเปลี่ยนเชฟ ฉันรู้สึกว่าระดับของฉันลดลงมาก ห้องพักของโรงแรมและผลิตภัณฑ์อาบน้ำนั้นดีมาก เปิดประตูระเบียงออกไปที่สระว่ายน้ำ สระว่ายน้ำไม่ใหญ่แต่ดีกว่าที่มองเห็นทะเล

The hotel is in a great area close to the city centre and shopping Square and also close to the Metro and bus lines. The staff are very nice and amenities are good. As a female solo traveller I felt very safe in this hotel especially because it’s a LGBTQ+ but hetero friendly hotel. The beds are comfortable just be aware that the shower is see-through so if you’re sharing you will likely see the person taking a shower. The pool was also very nice for chilling in after a very long day of exploring. Just be careful of removing anything in the minibar. I removed some of the things and placed them on the table because I wanted to use the fridge to put my food and drinks that I bought myself . I unfortunately almost got charged for the things that I removed from the mini bar fridge even though I hadn’t consumed them. I did however explain to the receptionist that I returned all the drinks in the mini bar as I hadn’t consumed them.Overall I really enjoyed staying in this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Le personnel est très gentil et souriant. Nous avons été surclassé car la borne de recharge électrique ne fonctionnait pas. Un geste très gentil de la part de l'hôtel.La chambre spacieuse ainsi que la salle d'eau. La literie est confortable. En revanche il y a un problème d'insonorisation ont entend vraiment beaucoup les voisins. Il manquait aussi un brise vue sur la terrasse pour avoir plus d'intimité avec la chambre voisine. Par contre le petit déjeuner est vraiment très bon et varié.
