บ้านเลขที่ 220 ของเรามีเคาน์เตอร์น้ําขนาดเล็กในห้องเล็ก ๆ มองไปที่สระว่ายน้ํา ทําเลที่ตั้งสะดวกมาก มีที่จอดรถใต้ดิน และถนนคนเดินเชิงพาณิชย์สามารถเดินไปยังลิฟต์เก้าอี้หรือกอนโดลาได้ นอกจากนี้ยังมีรถแขวนฟรีอีกด้วย ฤดูร้อนมีกิจกรรมมากมาย ขอแนะนําให้อยู่สองวัน

I love this hotel. They have warm chocolate cookies, free hot spa and sauna. The bed is comfy and I had a really good sleep. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. I will definitely write a formal complaint. I was at the shower - the shower gel and shampoo were both empty. Obviously they didn’t refill the bottle. That’s fine. I called the counter and asked them to bring me new bottles. They rejected and asked me to go down. Ok that’s fine. I asked my friend to go down. He came back and said someone would come to change the bottles soon. Sure. I stood in the shower room for 10 minutes and no one came. Ok maybe they needed more time. I came out of the shower and sat down on the bed. Another 10 minutes. So I asked my friend to find someone. He was told that someone would come again. Another 10 minutes. A man came and gave me a bottle of shampoo and body lotion???? My friend went out again and finally got me some shower gel in a cup. It took more than 30 minutes and I just stood there. After shower, I got to do the skincare routine, dry my long hair and so on. Eventually, I went to check out. I was late of course. The lady asked me to pay for late fee. I was like ???????????????????? Explained and she agreed to waive the fee. Everything was perfect until the empty da** bottles. I am late for my lunch reservation now and I am missing some attractions for sure.

ฉันบินมาจากโตรอนโต แต่เนื่องจากสถานีรถไฟอยู่หน้าโรงแรมเลย ฉันเลยคิดว่าถ้ามีเวลามากกว่านี้น่าจะนั่งรถไฟไป โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่สะดวก ฉันเลยใช้รถไฟใต้ดินเดินทาง แผนกต้อนรับอยู่ที่ชั้น 10 ฉันเลยแค่เดินขึ้นบันไดไปยังห้องพัก ซึ่งก็ดีมาก แถมยังไม่ต้องรอลิฟต์อีกด้วย ถึงแม้วิวจากห้องจะจำกัดอยู่แค่ตัวอาคาร แต่ที่ชั้นแผนกต้อนรับก็มีสระว่ายน้ำและบ่อน้ำเป็ดด้วย เลยมีพื้นที่ให้พักผ่อนสบายๆ ดี เสียดายอย่างเดียวคือไม่มีอ่างอาบน้ำ แถมยังมีน้ำแข็งฟรีกับไมโครเวฟใกล้ๆ ห้องด้วย อุ่นเบเกิลได้สะดวกมาก

My sister and I just finished visiting my son in Toronto and we decided to visit Montreal. We booked 2 rooms. We had a terrible experience at Royal York Fairmont . We got kicked out from the lobby lounge by Karen over there for voicing our concern for the service being slow. For we had absolutely low expectations for QE. When we checked in there were 3 staff at the counter. 2 of them were engaged in their friendly conversation and one of them stepped up to help us. I thought that was totally unprofessional for the staff chatting among themselves in front of guests. Rooms are basic and clean. The location is central. The staff has showed no warmth and attention. In Asia a hotel of this level will greet u warmly and the better one will remember your name. Services at restaurants in Montreal are top notch. We visited some with long history and the staff took pride to explain to us the history. It is a shame Fairmont has some of best historic buildings in Canada and the staff showed no interest to highlight the history of the buildings. I travelled a lot for me to earn a diamond member here. I will avoid staying at Fairmont and any of their member hotels from now on.

This hotel is a little gem in a super area of downtown Montreal. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable, with high-quality sheets and a good selection of comfortable pillows. A kitchenette made it very easy to pick up salads or snacks to refrigerate or reheat leftovers from a restaurant the night before. Breakfast is included and there’s a good selection of fruit, boiled eggs, smoked salmon, deli meats and yogurt. Cereals as well. While there were scrambled eggs, I tried them twice but not cooked to my taste. Having said that, there were fresh pastries and bagels, so a bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon with some fruit served very well. This hotel is very walkable to Notre Dame, Place des Arts and several theatres and museums. Lots of great restaurants to suit anyone’s tastes. The subway is literally a 3-minute walk and in 10 minutes, you can be at the Jean Talon Market, which has a plethora of foods and drinks to suit anyone’s taste palate. I’d highly recommend Hotel and Spa Carre St. Denis and will definitely be back next time I visit Montreal.

不用住在這麽𥚃面的旅館，住在information center 附近或湖邊即可，這邊的湖邊都是私有地，被圍起來不準踏入湖邊，感受很差，遠不如Muskoka 湖區，我們住的Sherwood inn 超棒

Room: 7/10 The room is not big, much smaller than expected; Location: 9/10 Very good sea view room, the sea is right outside the door, and this should be the favorite place for locals and tourists to take a walk and and take pictures.; Cleanliness: 8/10  The room was cleaned very well, but there was a strong bleach smell when entering the door； Sleep Quality: 2/10   A group of people in the next room were making loud noises and laughing unscrupulously all night. Smoking, drinking and smoking *********, they sat at the door of their room because it was on the ground floor. There were people coming in and out of the room all night, and the door opened and closed with loud noises. This was the first time I had such a bad hotel experience. Although we complained to the hotel reception, the staff came to knock on the door to remind them, also other rooms had complained too, and the staff came more than once. However, the people in this room did not stop；
