โรงแรมที่มีสระว่ายน้ำในไวกาโต นิวซีแลนด์

I booked a Cabin with Kitchen, It did not mention, the Shower and toilet are shared. When I take the option in Trip.com, The rest of Cabin did mention shared Bathroom and Toilet, Mine did not mention it was shared. The staff told me to upgrade it to other Carbin with Own bathroom. I said, it should not be a upgrade, it should included. I said : May I talk to the manager? She said, results will be the same. If it is a shared Bathroom, it should state in decription. Other than this, everything is fine and good.

Staff is super friendly. I fell ill and couldnt left Auckland and because of the app policy, I couldnt get the refund but they still let my friends stay there instead of myself. And they were very pleased with stay. It was clean, had all the amenities needed for comfortable stay etc.

การเช็คอินราบรื่นและรวดเร็ว แต่เปลี่ยนห้องสองครั้งเพื่อให้ทุกอย่างถูกต้อง ห้องแรกของเรามีคราบปัสสาวะในห้องน้ํา ซึ่งหมายความว่าห้องนี้ไม่ได้ทําความสะอาดอย่างถูกต้อง มันน่าขยะแขยงมากที่ได้พบสถานที่เหล่านี้ นอกจากนี้ สมาร์ททีวีในห้องแรกใช้งานไม่ได้ ห้องที่สองของเราถูกพบ แต่ไม่มีอ่างอาบน้ําตามที่ร้องขอ เปลี่ยนเป็นห้องที่สามและในที่สุดก็ได้ห้องที่โอเคพร้อมเครื่องปรับอากาศที่ดี ทีวีทํางาน และความสะอาด นี่เป็นครั้งแรกที่เราพักในโรงแรม 5-star ในนิวซีแลนด์และรู้สึกประหลาดใจที่มาตรฐานค่อนข้างต่ําเมื่อเทียบกับ 5 ดาวอื่น ๆ ในเอเชีย มีสระว่ายน้ําอุ่นขนาดเล็กที่สามารถรองรับได้สูงสุด 6 คน สระว่ายน้ําและซาวน่านั้นดี แต่ห้องอบไอน้ําเสีย บริการโอเคและอาหารเช้าที่ดี จะพิจารณาที่อื่นในครั้งต่อไป

A good first stop over for our campervan trip as it is 1hr away from auckland airport. We checked in after opening hours (they close pretty early) but we could easily find our way and the check in instructions were clear and easy. Plenty of flies attracted to light at the campsite. Our camper was filled with flies and spent a long time chasing them away. So do be careful when turning on the lights when moving in and out of the camper.

We had a lovely stay at this resort. The staff were excellent, very polite and efficient. The facilities, including the golf club over the road, hot pools, gym and sports court were great. There was a real family atmosphere and early mornings and late nights were nice and quiet, so we could truly rest up. The dinner at the restaurant was eclectic and delicious, though we needed to book due to its popularity. Our only criticism would be the buffet breakfast that was overpriced with not much to choose from, so we only ate there once. Other that that, we will definitely return and recommend this place to others, particularly as a spring or winter resort location due to its hotpools.

Good location, very good rooms but the sofas and some quilts need to be changed as they were dirty and old. Something needs to be done to the noise as we could hear other guests of the other rooms. The manager, I believe he is Chinese , was very polite, helpful and kind.

การบริการก็ดี สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกก็โอเค การตกแต่งค่อนข้างล้าสมัย แต่ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมสําหรับวิว สงบ และเงียบสงบ  อาหารและที่พักมีราคาสําหรับผู้มาเยือนต่างประเทศ ระยะทางไปยังร้านอาหารเดินไกล 3/5 ⭐️

酒店雖然不大，但環境優美高雅安靜，有恆温泳池，從酒店步行幾步到陶波湖，步行其中，感覺太美了。值得推薦。
