This is a good stay experience. The room condition is acceptable. The price of the room is affordable. The environment is ok. The room temperature is comfortable. Overall, I am satisfied with this stay.
This is a very cute hotel. Right on the river with a helpful and friendly staff. The city itself was not my style, but this hotel is really great. Reminds me of something in Bali. Don’t be afraid to book a bungalow without aircon in February. It wasn’t hot at night.
This place is good — the room is clean and nice. The only problem is the noise. Since the hotel is located next to a main road and a railway, the room I got can clearly hear every sound from vehicles on the road and trains passing by. The first train usually comes around 12–1 a.m., and the second around 2 a.m. I wouldn’t recommend this place for people who are light sleepers like me, as I couldn’t sleep well during my stay.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at KKP Hotel – A True Gem in Kampot
KKP Hotel is a fantastic place to stay in Kampot. The hotel is very clean, modern, and well-maintained, giving a luxury feel without the expensive price tag. Everything feels fresh and thoughtfully designed, making it a comfortable and relaxing stay.
What truly stands out is the friendly and approachable staff—they are always smiling, helpful, and genuinely care about guests. A special mention to the hands-on owner, Bonly, who is very welcoming and attentive, making sure everything runs smoothly and guests feel at home.
The location is perfect—right in the center of Kampot, close to restaurants, cafés, and key spots, yet still peaceful enough to rest well. For the quality, comfort, and service you get, KKP Hotel is very budget-friendly and offers great value for money.
Highly recommended for travelers who want comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury while staying in Kampot. I would definitely stay here again.
Just spent a night at Peam Snea Resort over the weekend with a friend, and honestly, it was exactly what we needed. The whole place feels like a hidden island escape — quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. Perfect for recharging.
The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. You park on the mainland and take a short boat ride to the island, which added a fun little adventure to the experience. Our room was super clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed — A/C, good Wi-Fi, and a little balcony to sit and enjoy the view. We didn’t do a ton of activities (though they had kayaks and paddle boats), but it was perfect for just slowing down.
If you're looking for a peaceful weekend spot near Kampot to unwind with a friend or partner, I’d definitely recommend Peam Snea. Worth the trip!
The hotel is not far from the river front and although the rooms are small they are comfortable.
Walk in shower, small fridge (could not get it to work) but not good for working as there is no desk space.
Downstairs has a coffee shop and there is a restaurant for breakfast on the 7th which also provides room service throughout the day. It has lovely view towards the mountains.
Small pool on the ground floor.
Good value for money

ผผู้เข้าพักI absolutely loved my stay at this resort. The facilities are exceptional — from the stunning swimming pool and the spacious, flower-filled yard with fruit trees, to the well-equipped gym and charming restaurant that serves delicious foods whole day. The outdoor areas are thoughtfully arranged, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout the property.
What truly made our experience special was the hospitality of the staff. In particular, I’d like to mention one of staff Saly, who greeted us with warmth and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfectly arranged. He even connected us with a friendly and English-speaking Khmer tuk-tuk driver who took us on a fantastic private day tour to five major landmarks at a very reasonable price. They helped us to book tickets to Phnom Penh and to use their motorcycle to the downtown.
I’ve uploaded plenty of photos to capture the beauty of this resort — it truly leaves a lasting impression.

The pool is simply gorgeous! Warm and very clean. Swimming in the evening under the stars is a delight!
Very good rooms (all the houses are two-storied). VIP rooms are located right by the pool, but the rest are no worse (perhaps even more suitable for those who want more privacy). The rooms have a refrigerator, strong air conditioning, and really hot water in the shower. The hotel opened recently, so everything is new. Staff take care of the territory every day.
The only thing is that the city center is about ten minutes away by transport. But it's possible to rent a bike or use a taxi. And you can relax in a not busy, quiet area.
I can really recommend this resort!
