Rooms are good but the amenities are not there. We didn't have a hot water kettle, no iron . Otherwise it was good, the location was good, and the cleaning was also good. We can stay here.

Good location but traffic and parking is crazy. The bathroom was very small and outdated but working fine. The staff was helpful.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and overall my experience was excellent. The location is very convenient, close to public transportation, restaurants, and main attractions, which made traveling around the city easy and comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet, allowing me to rest well after a long day. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and fast. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered a good variety of options to suit different preferences. The common areas were clean and nicely designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and high-quality service. Needed laundry service done but they didn’t offer and WiFi was unreliable. But nice room and great location next to major tourist areas.

A very convenient place to stay when visiting the city with family. Placed in a spot with easy public access and sufficient facilities. Inspite of tge language barriers, Staff were ok and friendly when approached. The breakfast served was good when you are on a holiday with a tight schedule.

前台服務態度差，思維固化。我訂的房間，讓朋友入住，不被允許入住，且不退錢。這是什麼道理！後來我們聯繫了意大利的律師，才解決了這個問題。若是普通的客人，誰能説的過他們，還是通過代理平台訂購，根本不會有人能解決。 還在他們的餐廳消費了，餐巾臟的，衣服靠了一下，邊邊直接黑印，花菜裏有蟲子，更過分的麪包二手別人吃過的，挖空的。四星這個水平我是不服的。酒店管理老化。
