I was weary about booking as the website photos looked quite tired. All of the photos are really old - it was an amazing stay and so much better than I expected. I enjoyed the complementary pottery making and the tea cart in the afternoons. The food à la carte was absolutely delicious. I avoided the buffet a bit as I do in all hotels. The pool is clean and there is excellent service, with staff helping you with towels, umbrellas, and drinks. The rooms are really pretty. Good air con. The gym is good and has air con although the air con is not as powerful as in the bedrooms. The gym has two treadmills, a static bike, basic leg press, weight rack and bench, and some of the arm/shoulder machines too. There were only a few downsides. 1) The beach that it backs onto is actually quite gross (there was nappy in the sand and gunk that looked like sewage), but it’s easy to avoid this. 2) The beach has a real drop from the sand into sea so it’s not very safe to swim in unless you want to be smacked against the bank. These two things don’t matter though as the hotel is lovely and there is enough to do that you don’t need to go on the beach. 3) I booked 2 nights in one booking and 1 night in another booking. I asked when I booked the single, third night, whether I can keep the same room. They said they’d let me know at check in.  They didn’t let me know at check in. They said they’d tell me on the second day in the day, but nothing. I kept asking at reception and I called them on the phone twice, and they kept saying they’d call me back. It was 9.30pm on the night before I’d have to move rooms before they told me I could stay. I’m not really sure why it took so long or they messed me around on this as 3 of my exact rooms were available on the website for those nights, so by that logic it would not have been a problem!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, making for a pleasant and hygienic environment. The services provided were top-notch, catering to all my needs efficiently. Overall, a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay.

A very friendly staff, with great help in organizing superb darshan and puja of Lord Padmanabha Swami Temple. Special mention of the manager and PR team. Mr Pramod deserves a special mention. OVerall a lovely hotel and super nice staff at reception. Rooms are very spacious and nice comfy beds. Slight communication error when we asked for a tuk tuk and he took us to somewhere we hadn't asked & good job I has my google maps to recognise we were headed to wrong place! Pool is lovely for a swim and nice to have complimentary drinks at 430pm too with a little snack, the games area upstairs was fun too but just very hot up there.

Unmatched staff! Every person was pleasant and kind. It is great for families with kids as there are activities and plenty of recreational spaces. The staff do a good job of cleaning but the humidity creates a musty smell. Perhaps something the hotel can deal with. Airport pick up and drop off should be free (it isn’t though). We would go back because of the welcoming staff and ambience.

Honestly. This was the best hotel I’ve stayed in for years. The management and all staff were amazing. Super clean. Super up to date. Love it. Nice gym. Good food

從入住到離店的3天，每個時刻都像回到家一般，被‘’親友‘’團隊關照呵護着。前台每個人都很熱情，即使入住當晚有婚禮也不會敷衍了事。早餐豐盛不説，服務的小夥和女孩們各個都英俊美麗，心地善良。自助晚餐也很好吃。泰餐廳（最後幾張照片）的設計實在令我驚艷。然而最驚喜的是保潔團隊！不但精心做到應該做的，更是用心為我準備花和花瓶，還留下温暖的文字。有幾次還聽到他們在工作間的歡笑聲。客服經理，一位美麗的女士也與我一見如故，知道要趕早上的飛機，還在我出發前準備了免費的茶送來。這麼多年的旅行，這次要數極致！高度讚賞管理層的領導力，下次如果再去克欽Kochin一定會再住

It was a wonderful experience staying at Windsor Rajadhani, Trivandrum. Rooms are neat and clean, food is also amazing. More over very friendly and helpful staff. We are so happy with the 02 days stay. It Located at the centre of the city, which is really accessible to railway station, temple and other near by locations.

Hi, we travel-led to kottayam by train. As soon as we got down. We took auto for windsor castle. It was a pure booking from us paid extra 3k bcoz we check in to hotel by 9. 30 am. It's a huge property. Good rooms, good amenities, supportive staffs, but snacks inside rooms are too costlier. Including water bottles. But the chair which is attached in toilet for bathing was not properly done. My hubby got hurt bcoz of that. Staffs gave us first aid box but still felt bad. For wat had happened. Rest rooms needs some changes. Overall it was a good hotel, food was not tasty (2/10, but pirate island is soo good. It gives good feel. Also tawa fry is too good. That was the only food that i enjoyed. Landline services was not working properly. Window view, sunset point, everything gave good feel.
