The location of the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel was very good, however not perfect. While it was located at the Manado Town Square Mall, a great location as you could access many different necessary places from the hotel to the mall. However, the location of the hotel made it virtually inaccessible to any other top place in Manado, thus forcing us to use high amounts of automobiles to thoroughly travel throughout Manado. The cleanliness was nearly perfect, and whenever the services remade the rooms, it seemed unbeatable by any other hotel. The gym was kept very neat and many other facilities were clean. The service was amazing; quick and effective cleaning, helpfulness, respect/kindness, and responsiveness, all you could ever ask for from a hotel service. The pool was enjoyable, having a pool bar with a great view of the ocean and Manadotua Island, especially during the sunset. The gym was very accessible. Overall, the hotel was a 4.9/5 in my experience.

many good things but somethings to be reviewed  like we realised that when we call the guy at the reception on the night shift the phone was misplaced so it was always busy, this was not correct because it forced us to go down to the hall to talk to him. Even though the room was clean at one point a cockroach appeared

มักจะกลายเป็นโรงแรมโปรดของฉันในมานาโดเสมอเมื่อฉันหยุดพักจากงานหรือวันหยุดหรือพักผ่อนกับครอบครัวทุกสุดสัปดาห์ . ด้วยมุมมองที่ยอดเยี่ยมตรงไปยังอ่าวมานาโด โรงแรมนี้มีทุกสิ่ง . พาฉันชมพระอาทิตย์ตกด้วยสระว่ายน้ำลากูน ชายหาดแฮนด์เมด กว้าง สระว่ายน้ำหลากหลาย และอาหารเช้าสุดพิเศษในตอนเช้า ที่พักแห่งนี้ดีแค่ไหน.. ยกเว้นห้องออกกำลังกายของเธอ อุปกรณ์ออกกำลังกายน้อยไปนิด แต่ยังคงเป็นที่ชื่นชอบเกี่ยวกับสปาของมาร์ตาติลาร์ในจุดที่อาคารด้านซ้ายมือ ขอบคุณเมอร์เคียว มานาโด

Menikmati malam yang sangat dirindukan oleh keluarga ketika bersama anak-anak menginap di hotel ini namun kolamnya sangat kecil tapi tidak menurunkan kualitas makan breakfastnya yang bagus dengan pemandangan kota

마나도에서 묵었던 숙소 중 가성비 좋은 호텔에 속합니다 추가적으로 두번째 방문시 묵었던 방은 별관에 있었는데 요금은 조금더 저렴했지만 시설 및 구조가 본관에 비해 떨어지네요 참고하시길

Satified wìth the room condition. Facilities also great. Food was amazing. Enjoy the swimming pool and ocean view. Relaxing mode.

Great room, smooth check in. The window view wasn't as we hoped but the room served the purpose - a comfortable stay.

View from bed room is very good, we can see beautiful sunset. There are many resto, mini market and malls very close from Hotel.

Hotel yg lokasi di BNB. Hotel nya tdk terlalu besar tapi cukup lah buat transit saja.
