Расположение отеля прекрасное, номера большие, светлые. Мы отдыхали в октябре и было чуть прохладно внутри, это единственный минус. Завтраки разнообразные. Спа большой, но не очень удобно расположен. Все бани, бассейны - отдельно. Надо идти по коридорам, через холл, что не очень комфортно.

The hotel left mixed impressions. On the positive side, the location is good: the botanical garden is nearby, many places are within walking distance, and getting to Batumi is convenient. The sea view from the window was beautiful, especially in the evening. The price was also quite reasonable. The apartment had all the basic necessities, but some small comfort items and supplies were missing: there was no laundry detergent, no sponges, and it was unclear where the trash area was located. The wardrobes were assembled strangely and kept opening by themselves all the time. The water pressure was rather weak, making it uncomfortable to wash long hair. The strangest part was the breakfast situation and the café organization. We were told in advance that we could come for breakfast at any time, but when we arrived a little after 12 PM, we were told that breakfast was no longer being served. At the same time, the café was almost empty — we stayed in May, during the off-season, so there were barely any visitors. The next day the situation repeated itself: before checking out, we wanted to have breakfast, but it turned out that the café opened later than the time written on the door. Through the administrator we found out a different opening time, and then the café was additionally delayed by around half an hour. As a result, we never managed to have a calm breakfast before departure. The breakfasts themselves were also questionable. The English breakfast in the café costs around 24–25 GEL separately and was extremely greasy and oily — literally a “cholesterol festival.” If you stay for a longer period, it gets tiring very quickly. There were alternatives, but they looked much less worthwhile in terms of price and portion size, so I’m not sure there is much point in booking breakfast included. There was also an uncomfortable situation with the staff: we walked past the security guard many times, but later we suddenly started being questioned about who we were and where we came from, as if we were doing something suspicious. After check-out, we were also asked to wait while they checked whether anything had been stolen from the apartment. It felt awkward and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay because of the view and location, but the service and organization left mixed impressions. Also, be prepared for a very specific driving style in this region.

I have spent there 4 days. Check-in 15:00, rather late. Check-out until 11:00, its early, be ready for that as well. The apartments are on the 4th floor of the Steps building. I have arrived by plane. The time to get from the airport to the apartments building is about 40 minutes by foot. Or you may take a bus, though its unclear to me how you may pay it the bus without Batumi card that I had. The weather was rainy about 75% of time. Its a typical winter in Batumi. The wifi was working in apartments well. The cleaning done was every day or at least you are asked whether you need that or not. You need to wait quite some time until hot water at the shower starts. Due to bad weather my plane was postponed. The host did not help me with dealing with it, he just wanted to take 30$ whilst we agreed previously on 13$ by 1 more night by phone. So I had to figure out my new plane ticket and leave in a hurry.

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Erfahrung mit Ibis Styles in Batumi. Im Gebäude ist ein richtiges Gym enthalten, welches sehr gut ausgestattet ist und für Hotelgäste ist der Eintritt kostenlos. Im 1. Stock gibt es Billiard und Tischtennis kostenfrei zur Verfügung. die Zimmer sind ganz okay

Hotel is located at a great location. Service is a problem and staff has attitude. Otherwise a great stay.

Вместо «Здравствуйте» я выдала менеджеру Нике: «Я хочу другой отель». Мне так показалось — таксист наговорил про стройку, в картах увидела, что от центра далеко, и накрутила себя по полной. Удивлению Ники не было предела, но он быстро понял, что дело не в отеле, а в моих страхах. За годы работы он научился слышать гостей и показывать красоту там, где её сначала не замечаешь. Вид из номера завораживает — море, город, горы. Сами номера просторные, чистые, есть всё для комфортного проживания, чувствуешь себя здесь уютно и свободно. Тихо так, что утренний кофе на балконе или лужайке становится маленьким ритуалом счастья. А насчёт «далеко от центра» — оказалось, отель стоит ровно посередине между центром и ботаническим садом, транспорт копейки. Всё совсем не так, как я себе нарисовала. Здесь настоящий грузинский колорит — уют, дружелюбие, домашняя атмосфера. Ника сам возил нас по достопримечательностям, показывал Батуми, и это вышло гораздо дешевле, чем где-либо, помогал с детьми. Отдельное спасибо дяде Гураму, тёте Инессе и их семье — встретили как родных. Еда вкусная, по-домашнему. Я называю их дядей и тётей не из вежливости — они действительно становятся близкими. Обязательно вернусь. И только в этот отель — за настоящим грузинским гостеприимством.

Офигенный новый отель. Это кстати сеть. Завтраки отличные, дизайн ресторана топ. Спортзал норм. На ресепшен русский и английский, барьеров не возникло. Своя парковка, удобно!

Гостиница находится в старом городе.Расположение отличное!! Номера относительно большие и чистые,завтрак нормальный,но однообразный за 3 дня ничего не менялось да и кофе ”капучино” за отдельную плату... СПА и бассейн ужасные(брала гостиницу только из-за СПА)ОЧЕНЬ РАЗОЧАРОВАНА!! Бассейн маленький и вода холодная душно и неприятно!!! Заселились полотенец не было,а когда попросили сказали только через час🤔 Нас было три человека а все приносили на двоих!!!(полотенца,воду,шампунь,тапочки и т.д) Вообщем впечатление осталось не из приятных за такие деньги можно было снять что-то по приличней..не порекомендую своим знакомым никогда!!!

โรงแรมน่ารัก อยู่บนชายหาดและสามารถเดินไปยังสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวทุกแห่งของบาทูมี สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่ยอดเยี่ยม ผ่อนคลายมากและช่วยเหลืออะไรไม่ได้มากไปกว่านี้อีกแล้ว - เสนอการอัปเกรดฟรีให้กับเพื่อนและฉันแต่ละคน จะกลับมาพักอีก!

Очень было приятно. Все чисто и комфортно.
