I made the reservation at 12-07 arriving at about 3-15 - 3-30 and had requested an extra blanket but was told this was not possible because I had made the booking late and reception did not have any!! These are woodland cabins and I should have thought this would have been a common request and extra blankets readily available. The cabin was heated by a movable electric heater that took hours to warm the cabin. The doors closed with difficulty possibly because of repeated painting and there was paint over the metal handles. The outer door did not close from teh inside. There was no where to sit in the cabin and no free surface to set things as the only suitable surface, a desk, had a free standing TV on it. There was a wardrobe but it smelt fusty. The food was good but the service was slow because the restaurant seemed understaffed with teh barman helping as a waiter. The setting is beautiful and the staff are very pleasant. There is ample tea and coffee in teh room and a kettle.

I try to use this hotel as often as possible. I take 1 of my boys to stay. We use the pool & have a great time. Staff are lovely. Place is always clean. Breakfast is really good.

I really enjoyed the facilities and the service I received here despite me extending my trip very last minute daily:) ! I was able to extend through Trip.com each time and they was all very helpful. The reception was very helpful and even gave my partner a complimentary happy birthday decoration. The Housekeepers even gave me spare towels before she even got to cleaning our room as I kept extending it as I went along. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to explore the city and remain close by to the centre and anyone that wants a very modern , spotless hotel!

Love hollins hall, have been staying monthly for a few years.  Staff are always helpful, rooms clean, breakfast good.  My one complaint, and I can fully understand the reasoning behind it, is the swimming pool, it used to be open at 06.30 at week-ends which meant my grandchildren could swim before breakfast.  Now pool does not open until 08.30 which is too late when we have to leave early to drive back to Bournemouth.  I I say I can understand with staffing costs etc., but would be nice if it reverted to original times.  Again thanks for another super weekend.

น่าผิดหวัง! เคยพักที่โรงแรมนี้และรู้สึกว่ามาตรฐานลดลง ห้องของเราถูกตั้งค่าเป็นเตียงแฝด เราไม่ได้บ่น แต่เมื่อเราดื่มกาแฟและผ่อนคลายมีคนมาเปลี่ยนเป็นเตียงคู่ สัญญาณเตือนไฟไหม้ดับหลายครั้งซึ่งไม่เป็นที่พอใจ เราขอขอบคุณว่ามันต้องดัง แต่เห็นได้ชัดว่ามีปัญหา มุมมองจากหน้าต่างเป็นเพียงมุมมองของหลังคาคอนกรีต พนักงานดูไม่สนใจมากเมื่อเรารอนั่งทานอาหารเช้า! เครื่องชงกาแฟเสีย (มีกาต้มกาแฟร้อน) หลังอาหารเช้าเราตั้งใจที่จะผ่อนคลายก่อนออกเดินทาง แต่ห้อง 118 ไม่อนุญาตให้สิ่งนี้มันเป็นโดยตรงเหนือชั้นเรียนที่ฟิตเนสพร้อมเพลงเช่น Come on Eileen ตะโกนในขณะที่โค้ชร้องเพลง

Recomiendo mucho este hotel, el personal, el desayuno y la ubicación eran excelentes. Repetiré sin duda!

Hotel staff pleasant and helpful at reception, used bar once found it expensive as was restaurant at £21-50 for a burger, breakfast was good, was disappointed to discover on my return home hotel had wrongly charged my card for someone else's bill took me up to 5 days to get money back, no apology

We stayed 2 nights in the hotel and found the room to be really comfortable, the staff really friendly and helpful, and the food was really excellent. We didn't use the spa facilities as always arrived too late but the pool looked really inviting. Location was also good as just a few minutes off the M1. I would thoroughly recommend a stay at this hotel.
