โรงแรมที่มีสระว่ายน้ำในอัสวาน อียิปต์

บริการดีมาก แต่โดยพื้นฐานแล้วไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนวันที่หากจอง มีบริการรับส่ง ร้านอาหารและบริการดีเยี่ยม แม้ว่าห้องจะเล็ก แต่เครื่องปรับอากาศและเครื่องทําน้ําอุ่นก็สบายกว่า มันจะดีมากถ้าคุณเดินทางคนเดียว!

โรงแรมเกินความคาดหมายของฉันมาก อย่างแรกเลย ตอนเช็คอิน พนักงานต้อนรับสังเกตเห็นว่าเรามากันเป็นครอบครัวสามคน จึงอัปเกรดห้องเป็นห้องสามห้องนอนฟรี ที่อียิปต์ซึ่งราคาห้องพักสูงลิบลิ่ว บริการนี้น่าประทับใจมาก อย่างที่สอง โรงแรมมีวิวแม่น้ำที่สวยงาม ถึงแม้จะไม่ได้อยู่ติดกับน้ำตกโอลด์ฟอลส์โดยตรง แต่วิวแม่น้ำก็ยังถือว่าดีทีเดียว มีท่าเรืออยู่ติดกับโรงแรม ทำให้สะดวกต่อการล่องเรือ คืนนั้นเราจองเรือใบที่ท่าเรือ แล้วคนเรือก็พาเราไปที่ท่าเรือของโรงแรมโดยตรง สะดวกมากจริงๆ ข้อเสียคืออาหารเช้าเป็นข้าวสวย ซึ่งไม่ค่อยอร่อยและแทบจะไม่อิ่มเลย แต่ที่อียิปต์ ฉันไม่ได้กินอะไรอร่อยๆ เลย

We had a nice stay, the Housekeeping staff are excellent. Towels in the bathroom need to get rid because it is old. Back of the bathroom door is a bit old and not cleaned. guest relation Christine was not helpful until I called reception and asked about her name. Reception staff need to be welcoming and friendly. Our TV didn’t have a signal since arrival, I had to call reception every day a few times to sort it out. It worked sometimes but was frustrating loosing signal while watching TV and have to ask reception to help. When it happened in the morning, I had to wait until 3pm when maintenance arrive. Also the screen was blurry. We had very good service in the restaurant .  the boat service is very good.

The hotel is not as good as expected. There’s no Nile view from our room, located at 2nd floor nor from the restaurant, so we didn’t see Nile from the hotel at all. The service didn’t make us feel welcomed. The receptionist didn’t say hello or welcome, and looked impatient. When we asked if the hotel has first aid kit, as my husband was scratched by a cat and needed sanitary treatment, the receptionist just directly said “No”, although he promised to check and came back to us, he didn’t… The room is good but the bathroom is quite old and the AC heat function didn’t work - it’s just around 8 degree during night in Aswan.

Very good hotel with excellent value for money facilities. Big and clean rooms, nice staff and excellent manager Mr. Islam will do everything to make your trip comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่บนเนินเขาเล็กๆ ทางฝั่งตะวันออกของแม่น้ำ ทำให้มองเห็นวิวทิวทัศน์ที่สวยงามตระการตา จากห้องพัก คุณสามารถมองเห็นเมืองและแม่น้ำได้ทั้งหมด – สวยงามอย่างเหลือเชื่อ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในยามพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นและตก โรงแรมมีสระว่ายน้ำส่วนตัว แต่ในฤดูหนาวน้ำจะเย็นไปหน่อย ดังนั้นฉันไม่แนะนำให้ใช้สระว่ายน้ำ

บริการต้อนรับดีเยี่ยมและเอาใจใส่ลูกค้ามาก บรรยากาศโรงแรมน่ารื่นรมย์ พร้อมวิวแม่น้ำไนล์ที่สวยงาม โรงแรมมีขนาดใหญ่และตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่สะดวกใกล้ถนนวงแหวน ทำให้เดินทางไปยังหมู่บ้านนูเบียได้ง่าย

super friendly staff, one of the reception, dina, was really friendly and happy to help with anything. she gave me her personal whatsapp number and i can just reach out for whatever needs i have and she is always happy to help hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable to stay in highly recommended

โรงแรมสวยจริงๆ! ห้องวิวแม่น้ําตรงห้องวิวสวนไม่ค่อยดี ตอนที่ฉันจองไม่มีห้องวิวแม่น้ําที่ถูกที่สุด ฉันสามารถสั่งวิวสวนได้ หรือเพิ่มห้องสวีทวิวแม่น้ําหลายพันห้อง...ฉันไม่รู้ว่าทําไมไม่มีห้องวิวแม่น้ําเมื่อฉันจองล่วงหน้าครึ่งเดือน และฉันก็เช็คอินที่ใกล้ที่สุด...ฉันไม่เข้าใจจริงๆ ฉันไม่สามารถอัพเกรดระบบได้โดยตรง...โรงแรม เมื่อผู้จัดการฝ่ายจองได้หาวิธีเปลี่ยนเป็นห้องเล็กวิวแม่น้ําเมื่อรู้ว่าฉันไม่ชอบห้องวิวสวนจริงๆ ขอบคุณมาก! แต่ฉันไม่ลังเลที่จะเลือกห้องวิวแม่น้ําในครั้งต่อไป ขอบคุณที่แก้ปัญหาของฉัน ถ้าไม่ได้อยู่ในห้องวิวแม่น้ํา ฉันจะรู้สึกว่า 4000 หยวนลอยอยู่ในน้ํา...

Pros The hotel facilities were absolutely beautiful with an amazing view. Traditional Nubian style house. Every corner makes you want to capture the space. We had a rocky start but the hotel staff tried to redeem themselves. We lost an apple watch which the hotel helped us get back ASAP before we reached Luxor. We are grateful for this. Cons Awful communication and hospitality. We were the only guests in the entire resort because of low season but still received shitty service. The hotel is in a secluded place making it difficult to reach.It’s on top of a mountain on a dusty rocky road. The hotel offers a tuktuk. We did our research prior and contacted the hotel to arrange getting to the hotel from the village and check in since we knew we’d land in the AMs. We were ignored. We arrived at the village meeting point at 1:45 but only ended up getting to our rooms around 3:50am because reaching the hotel via call and WhatsApp was so difficult. The staff had no sense of urgency. We were frustrated and anxious in this wellness resort. Our taxi driver refused to take us up the mountain and the tuktuk refused to take us because of our many bags (which is understandable). I’m very disappointed in the service and I know the staff has lots of potential to improve on their service delivery. The hotel needs to be more cognisant of their customer service and guests hospitality. Staying here was stressful. Recommended if you want aesthetic vibes,a beautiful picturesque hotel with good breakfast. Don’t recommend if you prioritise great guest services, comfortability and peace.
