We were delighted with our spacious 32 m² Standard Room, which was exceptionally comfortable and thoughtfully designed, providing a truly relaxing stay. ฉันพักที่โรงแรมนี้อย่างมีความสุขมาก อาหารเช้าแบบบุฟเฟต์หลากหลายและคุณภาพสูง ส่วนห้องอาหารในโรงแรมก็ยอดเยี่ยมไร้ที่ติ ห้องพักกว้างขวาง อุปกรณ์ครบครัน และมีวิวทิวทัศน์ที่สวยงาม ถือเป็นข้อดีอย่างยิ่ง! การทำความสะอาดก็ยอดเยี่ยมตลอดการเข้าพัก ระหว่างการเข้าพัก เราได้เพลิดเพลินกับการนวด ซึ่งยอดเยี่ยมมาก เป็นประสบการณ์ที่ผ่อนคลายอย่างแท้จริง พร้อมบริการที่เป็นมืออาชีพและเอาใจใส่ ข้อเสียเล็กน้อยคือ สระว่ายน้ำปิดให้บริการปลายเดือนพฤษภาคม ซึ่งน่าเสียดายมากในช่วงเวลานี้ของปี สำหรับพื้นที่สปา สุดท้ายเราไม่ได้ใช้เนื่องจากปัญหาเรื่องความชื้น (มีเชื้อราและกลิ่นแรง) ซึ่งค่อนข้างน่าผิดหวัง โดยรวมแล้วเป็นการเข้าพักที่ดี มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกดีเยี่ยม แม้ว่าจะมีจุดที่ต้องปรับปรุงบ้าง

This hotel is absolutely ideally located for Tirana airport and rental car pick up/drop of - a short walk from the terminal. The reception staff speak good English and are friendly and helpful. Our room (a quad) was spacious and comfortable. Very nice to have a kettle and mugs provided. We had dinner in the Italian-style restaurant and it was very nice - good pizza, pasta etc. Out only issue was that our room was SO HOT. The aircon didn't seem to work and opening the windows meant is was noisy. We only stayed one night so didn't have a chance to see if this could be fixed easily. Overall, this hotel is definitely rather overpriced for what you get, but nevertheless we would stay here again if needed because the location is so good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very close to the beach so it was very accessible to go to the beach anytime and most of the restaurants were by the beach so it was very nice and lovely. The overall stay was very nice but there were one thing I didn't like there. We didn't have the kettle and water bottle and coffee or tea sachet because most of the hotels would have them in the room. It was a little bit disappointing to know they don't provide that service in the hotel and we have to buy water ourselves. Otherwise, the whole stay was lovely.

Very nice hotel, plenty of free parking and clean gym, swimming pool and sauna. Cant really fault it and I recommend staying here. It’s well located and close to the airport for convenience. Only downside was unable to get food delivery to hotel due to location but that’s not the hotel fault so overall very happy and impressed!

Absolutely lovely hotel and great location quiet enough but close enough to all the great spots. The staff such as Mario, Teira (sure I am spelling it wrong) were all so wonderful. Slightly disappointed on the beach area considering its a premium hotel and was surprised at no access to room service. Could not even get ice as the in-room fridge is more like a wine cooler with not much cooling.

Hotel nella posizione davanti al mare e ottima orribile il centro benessere con una piscina impossilitati ad usarla in quanto non ha né gradini né una scaletta tre scendere fatto incomprensibile mai visto in tutte le piscine usate in tutto il mondo. La piscina esterna e molto grande con una piccola per bambini, ma purtroppo anche questa impossibilitata ad usarla in quanto tutte le scalette invece dei gradini avevano dei tubi rotondi diffile per scendere e salire non solo per me ma anche per altri ospiti.

Great hotel. Just as gorgeous as the photos and it's very quiet when the windows are shut. It could do with a little better customer service and better cleaning standards. All in all, very pleased and would highly recommend it to anyone. The pools and saunas were the highlight of our stay. Our skin feels so fresh and rejuvenated.
