The location is amazing, less than a minute walk to the mall next door. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable. Hotels also provide BOTH usb and usb-c charging ports, as well as universal plug sockets! The negative thing is the lack of exhaust fan in the bathroom, causing a musty smell all day long, especially if the bathroom door is left closed. We booked two rooms. Our second room was also not done till around 4:30pm, and only after repeated enquiries at the front desk.

The place is very convenient as it is very near to malls and specially to the airport if you are staying in just before your flight. There are also a lot of 24hrs dining around the place.

My room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared, making it easy to unwind after a long day. I’d definitely return and recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and quality.

I am not sure if the hot and cold showers are functioning properly on the lower floors, but for us who are on the 4th and 8th floors, there is no hot shower available. The showers need to be replaced, as only three holes are functioning. The shower area on the 4th floor is clogged and literally flooded outside the shower room.
