Good location, very clean and kind staff, but I should have kept asking them to get more towers and shampoo myself also, water pressure was too bad. Overall, I recommed here due to affordable price and clean room is satisfactory enough.

I booked two rooms at Apo View Hotel for my family’s Davao City day trip. A deluxe room for my parents and a superior room for my siblings, as no family rooms were available. Wasn’t able to use the other hotel amenities since the Davao City stay was short. Despite a stressful flight rescheduling (with Cebu Pacific), the hotel was a highlight! The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with my parents loving the deluxe’s cozy vibe and my siblings enjoying the superior’s modern touches. On the booking i requested rooms around lower floors, unfortunately they refused and handed fourth floor rooms. The breakfast buffet, which I added on, was a hit with fresh fruits, adobo, and pandesal that brought the family together the morning after. Apo View hotel’s prime downtown location made exploring spots like People’s Park a breeze. I stayed here years ago and was thrilled it lived up to my memories. Will definitely book again for our next Davao adventure

My stay here in crown regency is good..i expected to have a bath tub but as stated there..it can be either..hopefully on my next booking here, i am able to use the tub..

I absolutely adore this hotel! The service is nothing short of superb, with staff members who are both attentive and welcoming, making every moment feel special. The facilities are top-notch, featuring everything one could desire for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the rooftop bar and restaurant, where I was treated to an exquisite dining experience paired with breathtaking views. To top it all off, the complimentary drinks were a delightful surprise, elevating my overall experience even further. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a memorable getaway in Davao!

Pros - clean comfortable room - near the cost line with view over the channel - super polite staff - great family pool area - used to the place being full so it’s organised extremely well - 24 hour room service Cons - no concierge to greet new guests getting out of taxis - No one to show you to your room! Have to find your own way. - loud banging doors waking guests very early in the morning due to neighbours from doors next to one another (see pictures) - bird poo all over the windows (see pictures) - breakfast buffet was just okay.. self service coffee and not great food. A decent hotel but somewhat ruined by poor welcome and the early morning noise of other guests. Ask for a quiet rooms.

The best I think at the center of davao. I always want to book this hotel but they are sold out most of the time. I like it coz they have netflix now. One thing i want them to improve is the sheets… the blankets are too thin for my liking. But overall, its the best!
