Vacanza fantastica in stuttura 3 stelle ma di fatto 4. Io darei anche la 5 stella. In posizione strategica, a due passi dal centro storico e la spiaggia Playa e vicinissima alle maggiori localita principali della Sicilia accidentale. Struttura pulita, gode di eccellenti servizi per le famiglie ed un attenzione particolare ai bambini. Spazio Piscina eccellente dotata di bar dove si possono gustare ottimi snack, pizze, insalate, primi e secondi piatti per grandi e piccini. Presente anche un solarium con jacuzzi. Ottima colazione internazionale con prodotti del territorio e homemade. Le stanze essenziali ma dotate di ogni confort. Navetta di collegamento gratuita per la vicinissima spiaggia. Ampio parcheggio gratuito all'esterno. La differenza viene fatta dallo staff di reception e da tutto il personale. Sempre sorridente, aperti al dialogo con tutti e pronto ad esaudire ogni tuo desiderio. Ci siamo sentiti davvero in famiglia. Complimenti!

Fantastica struttura. Super piscina esterna gestita splendidamente, sempre super pulita con acqua limpida. Sala ristorante con super buffer a colazione pranzo e cena con piatti abbondanti molto buono personale gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione . La reception con personale disponibile.

Главные преимущества отеля:
- Шикарное море, были на южном побережье, такого моря нет.
- большая классная территория, лифт на море не напрягает
- анимация супер, были единственным русскоговорящими, детям много внимания, аниматоры - профи
Стоит обратить внимание:
- номера маленькие, уютные, переезжали из более дорого отеля mangias torre del barone, первое впечатление от номера было грустное. Но на второй день уже забыли про номер, свою функцию он полностью выполнял
- ресторан также уступает torre del barone, скорее хорошее кафе/столовая, по еде претензий нет, также включено неплохое вино, чего не было в torre del barone.
Сеть mangias оставила отличное впечатление, очень понравилось.

Hatten ein sehr grosses Zimmer (zuoberst) mit Sicht auf Pool und Meer. Alles sehr sauber. Reichhaltiges Frühstück, leider ohne gekochte Eier. Frischen Orangensaft konnte man selber machen. Gratis-Parking war super. Lift etwas in die Jahre gekommen....

Soggiorno impeccabile al Serena Palace, camera moderna, pulitissima e arredata con un gusto superiore che riflette la bellezza di Mazara. La posizione è strategica per esplorare il centro, ma a colpire davvero è l'accoglienza di Marco calorosa e attenta ai minimi dettagli. Una vera eccellenza siciliana che consiglio vivamente a chi cerca comfort e stile.

Very modern and clean hotel. We travelled via train from Palermo to Campofelice and called the hotel for a hotel which cost €10. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful even though their English was limited. Food was very good standard, bar had variety of good hot/cold drinks and cocktails. Beach is very pebbly so would advise swimming shoes, however water was clean and not too salty and lots of sun-beds on the beach. Pool was very clean and background music was very calming. Rooms were very clean with mini fridge, tv, hairdryer and air-con, however the hotel did not have an iron so make sure you bring one with you if you need. WiFi was strong around all around the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Das Hotel war sehr schön, der Pool war super und die Lage auch top.
Das einzige was uns nicht so gefallen hat war das Frühstück. Leider war hier nicht so viel Auswahl..
Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Très bel hôtel, restaurant délicieux, personnel très agréable.
En point négatif, pas de parking à l’hôtel, il faut se garer dans les rues alentours. Petit déjeuner moyen.
Nous avions réservé une chambre de luxe pleine vue mer, mais la vue était partielle.

SserenalimxlIncredible sea views from room’s balcony, pool and breakfast restaurant. Room a little dated with sticky floors, just wear bedroom slippers. Toilet is clean. Superb location!! Hotel was 3 mins walk to bus stop that takes you to Giardini train station. And 5 mins walk to the heart of town. Try Bam Bar’s granita & have dinner after sundown at any of the restaurants nearby.

The staff were very nice, and generally the hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was really good and staff helpful.
But the condition of our room was not suitable, there was no bathroom ventilation and there was black mould throughout the room.
We arrived on a day with bad storms and power cuts so just went to bed and left it when we arrived, but we stayed 3 nights and it got worse and worse throughout, we couldn't believe that anyone was letting people stay in the room so we kind of assumed all the rooms were the same and it was jsut a problem with the hotel being older, plus the mould was so obvious there is no way this wouldn't have been noticed by the hotel. There was a strong smell of bleach when we arrived, so its obviously a known problem, but I dont think they should then be putting people in that room.
I mentioned this when checking out and offered to show photos, but the lady on reception said she would send someone to go look (there was mould on numerous walls, and if it smelt of bleach on arrival I assume they know this if cleaning every day so dont see why they let people stay in the room anyway?)
The access to sun loungers/ reduced rate beach which is mentioned at booking isn't explained, it is a 45 minute walk each way and you still have to pay for the sunbeds. The bus leaves the hotel once a day but again this wasn't explained, so we just went to the beaches and took our towels down on the people's for free rather than hiring sunbeds a long way away.
Some things in the hotel were really good, staff, terrace area, breakfast but the room condition is not suitable and I wouldn't recommend, there are a few 4 star hotels in the area so I'd suggest an alternative, though other 0eolle around the hotel seemed fine with their room so maybe we just had a bad one? But then if there is a bad room with mould I dont think they should be providing that to people and charging full price.

ผผู้เข้าพักSicuramente ci ritornerò. Praticamente sul mare. La spiaggia bellissima a pochi metri dal bungalow. Ottima pulizia. Staff cordiale e simpatico. Ampi spazi di verde. Ristorante e tabaccheria. Nelle vicinanze ci sono ristoranti, bar un Lidl raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto. Fermata autobus per Catania centro proprio all'ingresso della strutura. Aeroporto a 5 minuti di distanza.

AAntonioOverlooking the Ionian Sea, the Grand Hotel San Pietro is a beautiful hotel with landscaped gardens and excellent amenities. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful and the rooms are well appointed and very comfortable.
Located within a 10-15 minute walk of the shopping and sightseeing area of Taormina, makes this 5 Star hotel an excellent choice.
The staff, as mentioned, are very courteous and helpful - and it is quite easy to become friends with them. Infact, Christian and Loretta (who work in the bar area during the evenings) are 2 staff members that I highly commend - not only for their service but for the exceptional time we spent with them.
This hotel is highly recommended and I certainly look forward to returning in the not too distant future.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic—just a 16-minute walk from the train station and about 15-20 minutes on foot to the island’s main attractions.
The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean， with the added bonus of being close to the sea. It even had two balconies, allowing us to enjoy the lovely views and fresh air.
What made our stay even better was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always welcoming and went out of their way to assist us whenever needed.

I had a mostly pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a **16-minute walk from the train station** and **15-20 minutes to the island’s main attractions**.
The room itself was **spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated**, with the added benefit of being **close to the sea** and featuring **two balconies**. The staff were also **very friendly and helpful**, which enhanced our experience.
However, there was one major downside: the walls are extremely thin. We could easily hear noises from the hallway and stairwell. On our last night, the neigh-boring room was very loud, which disrupted our sleep and unfortunately put a damper on an otherwise great trip.

ผผู้เข้าพักMy room was in the basement, and the first floor (seemed like maybe staff moving furniture around?) was very noisy after midnight. Lots of footsteps, talking, and the sound of moving furniture. It went on for hours both nights. I was also woken up at 8am my first day by someone knocking on my door. I assume it was the maid, but i can’t be sure. It was way too early to expect to be able to clean a room.
The bed was hard and creaky (there were three beds in my room, not sure why as I booked a room with a single queen bed) with no real blanket. It was fairly clean, though there was some hair in the sink and shower that did not belong to me. The shower was the biggest problem as it was a fairly narrow stall shower, and the drain needs to be cleaned out - the shower flooded after just a few minutes. The furniture is all very old, and the lighting in the room was incredibly dim. It did not feel inviting or look anything like the pictures in the listing.
The location is nearly an hour’s walk from Palermo Centrale and in another direction, nearly an hour’s walk from the Palazzo Butera. Unless you just want to visit the beach, it is not convenient at all. Even just buying water was a chore with the closest shop being about a quarter mile away.
The city tax listed on Trip is incorrect. You will need to pay three euros per day.
Overall, I would not stay here again.
