I had a wonderful stay at Mercure. First of all, the manager was very kind in offering to store my luggage, use internet facilities, and work in the lobby, even if I didn't initially need a room. When it then turned out that I did need the room, I was most pleased to choose Mercure. The buffet breakfast is excellent, offering vegetarian and vegan options in addition to covering different regions of Indonesia. The room is comfortable and the bar at the third floor offers live music. You will hardly ever find kinder staff. Conveniently located close to the port. The only thing that I found could be improved is to have access to windows that can be opened.

I had the pleasure of staying at Swiss-Belhotel Cenderawasih, Biak, and it was a truly enjoyable experience. The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable, providing a great place to rest. The staff were friendly and attentive, always greeting guests with a smile and ready to assist with any needs. Their warm hospitality made the stay even more pleasant. The food served at the hotel restaurant was also delicious, with a variety of options available for both breakfast and dinner. Every meal was satisfying and well-prepared. Overall, Swiss-Belhotel Cenderawasih is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Biak, whether for business or leisure.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are so friendly and accommodating, especially the receptionist who checked me in and the trainees who happened to be present at the reception upon check-in. I highly recommend this hotel. I hope to have another opportunity to visit the hotel.

we stayed here for 2 nights during our business trip in Merauke. the service is great and the staff were super helpful. the breakfast was so basic but still delicious.
