What a lovely stay in Crete! This hotel is gorgeous and spotless. The Breakfast Buffet was outstanding, and every staff member I encountered during my 3-day stay was smiling and helpful. My Executive seaside room was spacious and well-furnished, and it was a perfect place to recharge on my 3-week journey. It was an easy walk from the port (I arrived with SeaJets), and the public bus to the Palace of Knossos was waiting for me right below the hotel the next day. The concierge gave great advice on places to visit, and called for the (15€!) taxi when it was time to get to the airport. Efharistó, Megaron!

Good location, excellent service and amazing staff. They were very friendly and our room was very clean and tidy. Also it was smelling freshness when we entered the room. Everyday they ask you if you want your room to be cleaned and they are always available to help you. I 100% recommend it and will definitely stay again!

WE' LL COME BACK! Fantastic joy& pleasure we have had at Aquila Hotel at our stay there at Heraklion, it was our first time. Enjoyed it at breakfast, our room was so clean& with enough space with terrace& great view...Pool on 6th floor was pleasurable..All Hotel is interesting with exterior as well as interior...This hotel have so much to offer&most important to give you touch of happines at your stay! Lots of smiles from Belgrade:)) J&K

โรงแรมที่ดีมาก ห่างจากพิพิธภัณฑ์โบราณคดีครีต 200 เมตร มีรถบัสอยู่ข้างโรงแรมไปยังพระราชวังคอนโซส ราคาไปกลับ 5 ยูโร สภาพแวดล้อมของห้องที่ฉันจองนั้นดีมาก ห้องน้ําสะอาด และมีระเบียง แต่ถนนมีเสียงดังเล็กน้อยในตอนกลางคืน ขณะเดียวกันก็อยู่ห่างจากทะเลไปบ้าง วิวทะเลค่อนข้างแรง มีกาต้มน้ําและน้ําแร่ฟรี อาหารเช้าดีมาก ตามหัวคน กินไม่ได้เลย กาแฟเป็นกาแฟอาหารเช้าที่ดีที่สุดที่ฉันเคยดื่มมาในช่วงหลายปีที่ผ่านมา ครั้งต่อไปที่ฉันไปอิรักลีวอง ฉันจะยังคงเลือกโรงแรมนี้

เป็นโรงแรมที่บริหารจัดการได้ดีมาก โลเคชั่นดีมาก ใกล้ท่าเรือมาก เดิน 5 นาทีจากพิพิธภัณฑ์โบราณคดี อาหารเช้าดี สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกครบ ราคาไม่แพง และราคาสูงมาก วันที่ 1 มิถุนายน เมื่อฉันเช็คอิน มีพนักงานต้อนรับสุภาพบุรุษและตอบคําถามมากมายเกี่ยวกับการเดินทางของอิรักในอิรัก และช่วยฉันพิมพ์ตั๋วเรือข้ามฟากไปซานโตรินี่ ขอบคุณเขาที่นี่!

We spent one night only during our Crete experience. There was a very kind person at the reception offering to explain us everything regarding Heraklion. Room was clean and everything was in order.

Capsis Astoria is a great hotel centrally located in Heraklion. The rooms are comfortable and we liked our balcony. The rooftop pool is amazing with a full service bar and plenty of different types of seating and views of the city and sea in the distance. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is across the road from the hop on hop off bus, airport bus, museum and many restaurants and bars down the alleys.

I had a lovely 2 days stay here! The staff was helpful and friendly, room service was excellent too! This was the nicest hotel for a great price! I chose the budget room and will come back again! Also, I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast! Cheers!

We were impressed with the breakfast. We also felt like kings due to the three beds that were provided for my wife and I. She was a big fan of the praline spread but I almost went into a chocolate coma! However this wasn’t the best we’ve ever had; the coffee was bitter.
