圖片貨不對版（圖一時真實的燈光很迷惑，圖二是攜程的），房間小的可憐堪比香港、日本，不過攜程的最終處理結果還可以。辦理入住衹能三點開始，兩點多到不給辦前台還很不耐煩。但是酒店也有好的地方，比如免費咖啡和座椅，即使自己買個麪包也能題目的配着咖啡吃完。車庫很坑，房頂上樑很低，開後備箱可能會磕到，一定得格外注意。科隆還是挺好的，隨便溜達溜達，吃的也便宜。

โรงแรมอยู่ห่างจากสถานีรถไฟใต้ดินประมาณ 10 นาที ทำให้เดินทางสะดวก ศูนย์การประชุมดุสเซลดอร์ฟอยู่ห่างออกไปเพียง 6-7 สถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน ห้องพักสะอาดแต่เล็กไปหน่อย ที่นอนนุ่มเกินไป และหมอนไม่ค่อยรองรับสรีระเท่าไหร่ ผู้ที่มีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับหลังควรพิจารณาเรื่องนี้ อาหารเช้ามีเพียงพอสำหรับอิ่มท้อง

Für 3 Nächte okay wenn man keine großen Ansprüche hat. Das Zimmer war nett eingerichtet aber leider schon etwas ramponiert. Im Bad gab es Silberfische, was nicht so toll war. Und das Frühstück entsprach leider gar nicht unserer Erwartung. Wir hatten angekommen, dass es ein (wie man es so kennt) umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet gibt. Leider gab es in Zuge eines ”less wast” Pilotprojektes eine sehr abgespeckte Auswahl. Wer mehr als 2 Sorten Wurst und Käse, Rührei oder selbst Frischkäse erwartet, wird hier leider enttäuscht. Aber hey, zum satt werden war es ausreichend - man will ja nicht meckern 😉

โรงแรมสวย เรียบร้อย ดีและฮิป อาหารเช้าหลากหลายและช็อตขิงแสนอร่อย ห้องสวยสุดๆ แคสต์ขึ้นทีวีได้ง่ายๆ ผ่านโทรศัพท์หรือแท็บเล็ต มีที่จอดรถแบบเสียเงินที่โรงแรม แต่คุณสามารถจอดรถได้ฟรีซึ่งอยู่ห่างจากโรงแรมเพียง 100 เมตร

ห้องพักไม่ใหญ่มาก แต่สามารถเปิดกระเป๋าเดินทางเล็ก 2 ใบพร้อมกันได้ น้ำในห้องน้ำระบายช้ามาก พนักงานทำความสะอาดตอนเข้าพักต่อเอาผ้าเช็ดตัวเก่าไปแต่ไม่ให้ผ้าเช็ดตัวใหม่เลย ไม่มีแม้แต่ผ้าเช็ดเท้าสำหรับเช็ดตัวหลังอาบน้ำ ไม่เคยเจอแบบนี้มาก่อนในโรงแรมหลายที่ที่เคยพักมา การบริหารจัดการบริการของโรงแรมแบรนด์นี้ควรปรับปรุงให้ดีขึ้น โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟกลาง เดินทางสะดวก แต่โคโลญจน์ไม่มีอะไรน่าเดินเที่ยวเลยจริงๆ

방도 넓고 깔끔하고, 침대도 괜찮았어요! 무엇보다 체크인 시간 보다 일찍 가서 짐을 놓고 나갈까 했는데 미리 체크인을 해주어서 좋았습니다. 방 안에 슬리퍼가 없는 것이 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 그리고 바로 옆에 성당이 있는데, 종을 자주 칩니다.🥹 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다.

Greta choice for the price and/ or if you wanna stay close to exhibition center. Good service

You would expect more from a trusted international brand like Pullman and as an Accor member, unfortunately the service was truly disappointing! Chose the brand despite the location being some distance away from Hbf. The hotel check-in reception spoilt our experience - cut us off extremely rudely when we tried to check in and said she can only deal with check outs at that time. There were no queue and no crowd at that moment and she refused to process any administration. WHope Pullman can step up the customer service experience in future.

อาหารเช้าของโรงแรมอร่อย! พนักงานอบอุ่นและใจกว้าง! โรงแรมสว่างและสะอาดมากขึ้นหลังจากการปรับปรุง! ที่สําคัญคือใกล้ที่ทํางานมาก!

It’s very convenient for exhibition’s visitors and exhibitors. Also good accessibility to all public transportations and good to stay not even for business purpose but personal traveling. Only the security of public’s accessibility to hotel may need to be tighten for hotel’s guests. We will definitely to stay again in our future trips. Thank you.
