I did not really had the best experience. Firstly, I had to pay extra for an additional guest (turned out to be three different prices so not so professional), the check-in time was 45min. The main street is just outside so a little noisy from time to time. The restaurant was next to the entrance with only burger as main dish, the beer was expensive and it was cold due to the main entrance next to it. My parking ticket did not work the first three days. Gladly, trip.com gave me a compensation so once again great customer service, but i‘d rather choose another hotel next time.

El servicio es excelente, cuentan con estacionamiento, para mí la ubicación es perfecta porque así lo requería pero si buscas algo muy céntrico no es una opción.

Das Hotel hat schon bessere Zeit gesehen. Die Anlage ist veraltet und am außen Bereich fehlt es an Pflege. Das Zimmer war mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet, Minibar leer, kein Getränk (Wasser) auf dem Tisch, es fehlt an Liebe. Ich schwimme gerne vor dem Frühstück, ist bei den Öffnungszeiten nicht möglich. Frühstück i.o. jedoch für 350 Kc pro Person, kein Schnäppchen. Der Gym-Raum war versperrt, nur nach Bezahlung zu betreten. Das Wifi ist kostenlos, sehr schön. Bei dem großen Hotel Angebot in Pilsen werden werden wir sicher nicht mehr Übernachten.

The host was very kind, the room was clean and the breakfast was nice. The restaurant is also worth to try!

We enjoyed our stay. The check-in was smooth in spite of the difficulties in finding the booking. We had a quick lunch immediately after check-in. The meal was delicious, and unbelievably cheaper than that in Germany. The breakfast buffet was also with many choices. The service in every area was friendly and tentatively. We walked our dog in the morning both in the green area behind the hotel and in the nearby resident area. We are impressed by the living standard achieved there. Best wishes for Czech! There was no free bottled water which however did not bother us. The parking was free and the parking lots were spacious. 16 Euro/day was charged for a dog.

Nice location. It worked well with strollers. The apartment is renovated and well-equipment. It is a lift. Secured private parking is a great selling point.
