เราไปที่นั่นสองสามวันช่วงเทศกาล JFL เราจองห้องพาโนรามา ซึ่งห้องที่เราได้บังเอิญอยู่ชั้น 7 อย่างแรกเลย ฉันเห็นคนบ่นเรื่องเสียงดังจากถนนและคนไร้บ้านที่พยายามเข้าไปในล็อบบี้ทุกเว็บไซต์ - โรงแรมนี้อยู่ตรงสี่แยกที่พลุกพล่าน เสียงดังแน่นอน ซึ่งเป็นเรื่องปกติ ถ้าไม่อยากเสียงดังก็จองที่พักที่ไกลจากตัวเมืองก็ได้ แถวนั้นใกล้ทุกอย่างมากถ้าเดิน ถ้ามีโอกาสไปงานอีเวนต์อีก เราจะกลับไปพักอีกแน่นอน - 3 คืน 4 วันที่เราไป ไม่มีใครพยายามเข้าไปในล็อบบี้เลย แม้แต่ประตูก็ถูกกั้นไม่ให้ขึ้นไปชั้นบนด้วยซ้ำ เพราะพวกเขาไม่ได้พักที่โรงแรม และเราต้องไปรับที่แผนกต้อนรับ ไม่มีอะไรจะติเลย เราประทับใจระบบทำความเย็นในห้องมาก มีช่องระบายอากาศ 2 ช่องสำหรับห้องนอนและห้องนั่งเล่น ซึ่งทำงานได้ดีมากในอากาศร้อน (40°) มันช่วยให้เราลดระดับห้องนั่งเล่นลงได้โดยไม่ทำให้ลมเย็นพัดผ่านตัวเราขณะที่เรานอนหลับ เอาล่ะ มาดูเรื่องความสะอาดกัน 1 ดาว ข้อดี: - ผ้าเช็ดตัวและผ้าปูที่นอนสะอาดและสดชื่น - หลังจากทำความสะอาดเสร็จแล้ว (เดี๋ยวจะมาเล่าให้ฟังทีหลัง) เราขอให้คนมาดูดฝุ่นและทำความสะอาดพื้น เพื่อกำจัดเศษฝุ่นที่ตกหล่นบนพื้น ซึ่งก็เสร็จเกือบจะทันที ข้อเสีย: อย่างที่บอกไป เราพักอยู่ที่นั่นสองสามวัน เลยต้องไปซื้อไม้ปัดฝุ่นและผ้าเช็ดทำความสะอาดที่ร้านขายยา - ฝุ่น ฉันไม่ได้หมายถึงฝุ่นเล็กๆ บนพื้นผิวที่เข้าถึงยาก แต่หมายถึงช่องระบายอากาศและทางเดินหายใจที่ปกคลุมด้วยขนสัตว์ ฝุ่นไม่เหลือสีเหลืองหรือสีขาวอีกต่อไปเมื่อเราปัดใยแมงมุมและฝุ่นตามช่องระบายอากาศและมุมห้องเสร็จ - พื้นผิวเหนียว เราใช้ผ้าเช็ดทำความสะอาดเช็ดตัวควบคุม สวิตช์ โต๊ะ เก้าอี้ และพนักพิงศีรษะทุกชิ้น ทำความสะอาดง่าย แต่คราบสกปรกที่หลุดออกเยอะแสดงว่าไม่ได้ทำอะไรนอกจากปัดฝุ่นมาสักพักแล้ว - พื้นห้องอาบน้ำ ที่วางสบู่ในห้องอาบน้ำมีคราบเหนียวๆ เราตัดสินใจใส่รองเท้าแตะในห้องอาบน้ำเพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้สัมผัสพื้นโดยตรง ซึ่งก็กลายเป็นการตัดสินใจที่ดี เพราะไม่มีผ้าเช็ดตัวที่แขวนอยู่ในห้องอาบน้ำถูกเก็บตลอดการเข้าพัก เลยทำให้มองข้ามไป ถ้าวางแผนจะพักสักพัก อย่าลืมพกอุปกรณ์อาบน้ำไปด้วยถ้าไม่อยากจามหรือเผลอไปสัมผัสอาหารเย็นของคนอื่น แบบนี้คุณจะได้เพลิดเพลินกับสิ่งดีๆ อื่นๆ ของโรงแรม

This is a condo built from the old industrial buildings of Quebec City. The quality is very good. It was perfectly cleaned. There is no reception (the reception is in another building) which is a bit annoying on late arrivals (in that case, only one person works there, dealing with people, the phone etc.). In the building, you would meet from time to time the cleaning team, which is very nice and ready to help. This condo is properly equipped. There is nothing on the food side except salt and pepper so you have to go to the supermarkets nearby to get the basic items. The place is rather quiet. There are homeless around, that's true, but there are not aggressive at all. Many restaurants, bars, etc. are all around. The old city is not far, walking or using one of the many buses down the building. The view is nice. You can go up to the roof which has a few chairs and tables (really the minimum !) for a nice sunset. The bedroom could be too warm, as the a/c is in the living room, and it pulses the air through a tube in the bedroom (the curtains are black, so this doesn't help). The price per night may be high, ever higher than in some nice hotels (200 to 300 CAD + tax and more per night), but the condo gives space and you can cook. The laundry is at the 2nd floor (2.50CAD for washing, the same for drying). You have to find your products. So this is a good and nice place, maybe a bit expensive according to the season, the day. As this is a condo, there is no basics (e.g. spices, oil, a few tabs if you want to do your laundry etc.). You can ask for more towels if needed as there is no everyday cleaning: this is not a hotel. I was very satisfied of this condo, the team is nice, I had no problems during the 6 nights I stayed there. I think we could have a few more services for the price (compared to other branches using the same concept for instance).

Good location, close to other services (restaurant, coffeeshop..), close to downtown . Room is large enough, can be cleaner around back door, fresher odor is needed. Staff is ok, some use language more fluently than others. Kitchen/ breakfast is full, relaxing. Parking is safe

Fabulous weeks stay at the holiday inn.Perfect location, right next to a metro station, easy walking distance to lots of the major attractions. Large room, and comfortable bed, room cleaned and towels replenished daily. Nice swimming pool, sauna and hot tub on site. We would definitely recommend and stay again if visiting the city.

Good location & room was big enough for a family with 4+1 members.

酒店就在聖約瑟夫教堂不遠處，門口都能看見，走過去10分鐘內。酒店門口那條街是那個片區的主街，兩邊遍佈餐廳、超市、市場，非常方便。走到地鐵站也就2-3分鐘，搭地鐵去老城半個小時多，叫車20多加幣。定的高級套房，就是一個住家型的一室一廳，房間的裝修估計沒兩年，雖然用材簡單，但比較新且乾淨，且一應俱全，連鍋碗瓢盆都有。安排了背街的房間，卧室又在裏面，所以完全不吵，很安靜。主要是這個價格很好，性價比超高。對了，喜歡吃甜品的不要錯過酒店對面烘培店的提拉米蘇。

I chose this hotel because of the good reviews I read online, and I can happily say I wasn't disappointed with my choice. Check-in & Parking Our check-in process was completely smooth and hassle-free. We parked our car in the hotel’s free parking lot. It was quite packed—I assume there was a wedding or another big event going on at the time—but despite the crowd, we managed to find a spot for our car. Room & Amenities The room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the floors were spotless. This is a multi-story hotel with a functioning elevator. I learned that it used to belong to a major hotel chain before it changed ownership and name. You can definitely feel that legacy, as it still maintains a certain standard of high quality. The building itself doesn't look worn out at all. Another great perk was the ice machine; we were able to fill up our icebox for the car free of charge, which was super convenient. The room's AC worked perfectly, the TV had plenty of channels, and the Wi-Fi connection was stable and smooth. Location & Value The hotel is located close to the airport, making it an excellent choice for travelers who need easy airport access. While it is a bit far from the city center, it worked perfectly for us since we had a car. If you don't have a vehicle, the distance from downtown might be something to consider, but for our needs, it was just right. Conclusion Overall, I really liked it. The pricing was very reasonable for what it offers. It’s a clean, comfortable, and highly stayable place. I would definitely recommend it!

Stayed for one night with family to see Mont Tremblant. Great location, booked a room with two beds and the room has a pull out sofa bed so really recommend it. Parking is $22/night if you are bringing car. Breakfast is nice with your average continental breakfast. Room is clean and organized with a nice view outside. The hotel is overall a bit old but not a major issue.
