Aria on the bank provided a very comfortable apartment style accommodation. The location was convenient to a supermarket and restaurants. The apartment was also nice and warm on the cold winter nights in Dunedin.

位在海邊旁邊，還有大型公園遊樂設施可以玩，附近有超商亞洲超市，非常方便。雖然飯店有bar但如果能夠有烹飪的地方，一定可以吸引更多人訂房。

เราอาศัยอยู่ในหนึ่งห้องนอน 1 ห้องนั่งเล่น 1 ห้องครัว 1 ห้องน้ํา พื้นที่ค่อนข้างใหญ่และสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกก็ดีมาก มีเครื่องทําความร้อน แต่ฉันพบผมแปลกหน้าบนเตียงในห้องนอนและมีมากกว่าหนึ่งเส้น

Excellent room facilities with full kitchen and well designed bathroom toilet areas, which made our stay super easy and enjoyable! Staff were very friendly and helpful, showed me the map of Dunedin and places to visit and stuff. Enough car park. Definitely will stay here again next time in Dunedin!

Located around the city centre, with a lot of restaurants and shops just outside the hotel. Free parking for staying guest, guest can also use their washing machine. Room is clean and big, with free wifi access.

The motel nearby 2 supermarket. And location nearby seesighting, so convenient. The room very clean and comfortable, and kitchen facility lovely. Motel has no washing machine disappointed.

The place is very clean… service is great.. close to city centre.. walkable distance.. it’s my second stay.. highly recommended to stay.. I will come back again
