Fantastic location in the centre of everything including food and shopping. Connected to ipoh parade. They have a lovely infinity swimming pool on the top floor overseeing ipoh city. Food, both breakfast and free supper were very tasty. The only slight downside is the patchy internet. But definitely our ideal hotel.

The location is near the city area, near most of the attractions, the room and hotel environment is very clean. Need to go over to the receptionist to waive the car park fee every time you go out. The swimming pool is near the outdoor carpark. A water dispenser is available on every floor.

Very pleasant stay at Novotel Taiping. The hotel has a very convenient location and is easy to access. The room size was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful. The Wi-Fi connection was superb and stable throughout the stay. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended when staying in Taiping.

Pro: tq let me chck in early.. polite and helpful front desk..room not too big but ok. Clean... Cont : aircnd not cool so u must switch on fan together.. And tv pls upgrade chanel. They only have discovery..carton and 8tv...

ฉันพักในห้องแบบครอบครัวที่มี 5 คน คือ ฉัน สามี และลูก 3 คน ห้องไม่ได้กว้างขวางมากนักแต่ก็ถือว่าโอเคสำหรับฉัน มีพื้นที่ให้เราได้สวดมนต์บ้าง ห้องที่มีเตียงคู่กว้างขวาง 2 เตียงก็สะดวกสบายมาก ห้องน้ำก็โอเค ทีวีมีช่อง MYTV พื้นฐาน โรงแรมอยู่หน้าห้าง AEON ดังนั้นจึงดีมาก ไม่มีลิฟต์ ดังนั้นจึงไม่มีชุดคลุมถ้ามีผู้สูงอายุ ไม่มีกาต้มน้ำในห้อง แต่โรงแรมมีเครื่องกรองน้ำให้นอกห้องสำหรับแต่ละชั้น อุปกรณ์รีดผ้าอยู่ชั้น 1 โดยรวมแล้วก็โอเค เช็คอินได้รวดเร็ว เตรียมเงินมัดจำไว้ 100 ริงกิต ไม่สามารถเช็คเอาท์ช้ากว่าเที่ยงได้ เช็คอินได้ 14.00 น.

โรงแรม M Roof กว้างขวางและสะอาด เราชอบห้องน้ำและพื้นที่โดยรอบมาก เตียงนอนสบายและอบอุ่น เครื่องปรับอากาศเย็นสบาย เราพักอย่างมีความสุข ที่จอดรถเต็มเนื่องจากเป็นวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์และงานเลี้ยงอาหารค่ำ จึงต้องจอดรถไกลออกไป

ห้องพักสะอาดมากและการเข้าพักที่สะดวกสบาย โฮสต์ตอบสนองต่อ Whatsapp ที่จอดรถฟรีพร้อมเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือไม่ได้อยู่ใกล้ร้านสะดวกซื้อใดๆ ดังนั้น โปรดเตรียมสิ่งของที่จำเป็นก่อนเช็คอิน

Room age and looks old especially the flooring SPC wood layer already peeled out and loose after we accidentally kicked on it near balcony, but is broken easily due to rain water seepage in from balcony and luckily our feet didn't get hurts after accidentally kick on it, also in detachable condition so really deteriorating . Took RM100 deposit upon check in and we worried they will blame this on us but luckily they didn't say anything. I hope the management will at least change the flooring, as it can pose dangerous risk and don't let bad things happen over only regret over it. Breakfast is included, under age 5 is free.

Facilities in this hotel not bad, they have rooftop golf, pickleball, game room, swimming pool, table tennis, co-working area, meeting room, gym room, etc. Their breakfast restaurant is spacious but breakfast choice is surprisingly quite limited and slow in refill. The parking area is the worst ever, the parking space very narrow, really don't understand how their architect design the parking space. If you are not driving to this hotel, I highly recommend you stay in this hotel.
