The hotel located near the SKA Mall and Living World around 15 mins walking. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The check in process was fast and they allowed early check in. The room was spotless, had a nice view (need to request for higher floor), good water pressure, the AC was cool enough and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and decent. The only down side was the check out process took so long. Hope they will improve the check out process and make it fast and convenient. Overall, a good stay.

Dari awal dateng sampe checkout gada masalah semua ok.
Proses check in cepet, kamar & kamar mandi bersih meskipun ga terlalu besar, pelayanan semua staff nya ramah.
Breakfast ga terlalu banyak pilihan tp semua enak dan selalu di refill gapernah kosong.
Air minum di sediakan dispenser hot & cold di setiap lorong kamar.
Lokasi nya bukan di jalan besar tp ada tempat makan soto boyolali kalau mau cari makan yg dekat.

It’s my first time staying at this hotel together with my big family for wedding ocassion. The location is great although the hotel located at the main road where easily to have traffic jam most of the time, taking a grab is a choice and must!
The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful too.
For better improvement , the hotel need to upgrade and polish some hotel furniture or equipment hence can make hotel more attractive to the tourist.

เป็นโรงแรมที่ดี ห้องพักโอเค แต่ห้องน้ํามีกลิ่นเหม็นนิดหน่อย
นอกจากนี้บางครั้งคุณอาจได้ยินเสียงมอเตอร์ไซค์ข้ามตอนเที่ยงคืน มันรบกวนมาก

ผผู้เข้าพักTo be honest, with the facilities given, I felt that the hotel was pricey. Yet, the geographic location (in Sumatra) might make this hotel have less competitors. I honestly feel do not have as many options to stay like when I was in Java Island. I was mind with the design of the bathroom as there was this thick glass window separating the bedroom and the bathroom. When I was about to shower, I had to pull the white-thick vinyl curtain down. I just didn't feel that I had enough 'privacy' when I was showering as I had a roomate with me.
Why did they design that way? LOL I didn't dare to glance at the glass window when my roomate was showering. I hope she did the same...
The good thing about the hotel was the breakfast. The coffee was also great!

Kkotaro8249Basic hotel for one night stay. Friendly staff, clean, nice room! Walking distance to Masjid Agung. Travelling around - you can opt for GRAB Bike if you are too lazy to walk, otherwise, no issue to walk around exploring the streets and alleys.

Hhanisah_aisyahโรงแรมตั้งอยู่ห่างจากสนามบินไม่ถึง 10 นาที และมีบริการรถรับส่งสนามบินฟรีอีกด้วย ไม่เพียงเท่านั้น ข้างโรงแรมยังมีร้านอาหารมากมาย เช่น ร้านเบเกอรี่ อินโดมาเรต ห้องพักสะอาด วิวสวย (ต้องขอชั้นที่สูงขึ้น) แรงดันน้ําที่ดีสําหรับการอาบน้ํา ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือ AC ไม่เย็นพอระหว่างที่ฉันพักและห้องเล็กไปหน่อย หวังว่าทางโรงแรมจะสามารถแก้ไข AC ได้ บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าดีและมีหลากหลาย โดยรวมแล้วมันคุ้มค่าเงินของฉันและการเข้าพักที่ดี

Would be great if deposit can be paid by card, so you guys didn’t need to tell us, the customer, to get the cash from ATM’s outside the hotel. Just imagine, you came across the island, come to hotel, and sent back to outside just to get a money for deposit? Fr dude
