Best hotel to stay near Pekanbaru mall. Also surrounding shops and street foods. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel located near the SKA Mall and Living World around 15 mins walking. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The check in process was fast and they allowed early check in. The room was spotless, had a nice view (need to request for higher floor), good water pressure, the AC was cool enough and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and decent. The only down side was the check out process took so long. Hope they will improve the check out process and make it fast and convenient. Overall, a good stay.

Everything is okay except for the aircond. Not cold at all. ask the hotel to come check for it, no action taken. only at night time after few time asking to check then the technician came over to check. yes. just check only. after that still nothing. everything is great. but because of that A/C, experience was abrupt a bit. from 10/10, goes down to 7/10. yes just because of aircond. I stay at the most expensive room. but service for that was total out. for new guest, make sure you be strict with the hotel. if no action taken within 1hr, u may consider change another room or hotel.

Nice place to stay in the city of Pekanbaru… Easy access to everywhere… Room is too spacious and comfortable… Breakfast menu is amazing and delicious too… Highly recommended…

Bru kmren ได้รับการยกย่องอย่างดี เมื่อฉันโพสต์อาหารเช้าอีกครั้ง พอพักที่ 2 ได้ห้องที่ค่อนข้างน่าเบื่อ ทีวีในห้องแรกเสร็จสมบูรณ์ เมื่อจองห้อง 2 คนเปลี่ยนห้องเพียงไม่กี่ช่องทีวี แล้วในห้องที่อุณหภูมิอุ่นทํางานในครั้งที่ 2 น้ําอุ่นอยู่ที่นี่ไม่ได้ทํางานจนกว่าลูกจะเย็นเมื่ออาบน้ํา และมันเป็นฤดูฝน ในกรณีเดียวกันของ kmar แม้กระทั่งราคาห้องที่สูงขึ้นในแอปนี้ จนถึงตอนนี้โรงแรมนี่ก็เหมือนเดิม เมื่อเทียบกับโรงแรมอื่น ๆ ทางไปมหาวิทยาลัยครูอีกครั้ง หากคุณพูดถึงถนนที่มหาวิทยาลัยอีกครั้ง คุณสามารถให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับมันได้ เพราะมีอาหารมากมายและอยู่ใกล้กับศูนย์การค้ารามเกียรติ์ ฉันแค่อยากจะให้ข้อมูล ระวังให้ดีขึ้นในอนาคต จนถึงตอนนี้ คนอื่นก็ดี

นี่เป็นครั้งแรกที่ฉันมาพักที่โรงแรมนี้กับครอบครัวใหญ่ของฉันเพื่อจัดงานแต่งงาน ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมแม้ว่าโรงแรมจะตั้งอยู่บนถนนสายหลักซึ่งมักจะรถติดได้ง่าย แต่การคว้าเป็นทางเลือกและต้อง! พนักงานโรงแรมเป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือดีมากด้วย เพื่อปรับปรุงที่ดีขึ้น ทางโรงแรมต้องอัพเกรดและขัดเกลาเฟอร์นิเจอร์หรืออุปกรณ์บางอย่างของโรงแรม จึงทําให้โรงแรมน่าสนใจต่อนักท่องเที่ยวมากขึ้น

The hotel is good. Room just fine, but the bathroom room little bit smelly. Also, sometimes you can hear motorcycle crossing in the midnight. That's so disturbing. But overall, it's good

Dafam หนึ่งในโรงแรมราคาประหยัดที่ดีที่สุดในเมือง ชอบไข่เจียวมาก แต่น่าเศร้าเพราะที่ยืนส่วนใหญ่ว่างเปล่า

Kamarnya bersih,ac-nya dingin, sarapan nya lumayan enak, resepsionis nya yang cewek mungkin bisa lebih ramah lagi dalam pelayanan ke tamu hotel.

Kamarnya nyaman, bersih. Pokoknya utk hotelnya bagus bgt, apa lg klo bawa anak2. Ada arena bermain anak2 jg ada kolam renangnya
