I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my visit. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed.

The room is large and clean, the toilet also looked newly remodeled. We arrived late, our room key was left on the front desk, although it was not staffed. The parking lot was full, but we were able to find one on the street next to the house, and it was free overnight. The place is also close to the shopping area and we also walked to the castle. Overall good value and quality!

Prime location to local historic heritage and shopping hob within walking distance! Room is well equipped and the breakfast hall is spacious with high quality food and coffee

房間真的設計很漂亮，我非常喜歡，由於碰到了惡劣天氣原因的影響，我們都不能出門，樓下的餐廳也不能開門營業，酒店的工作人員和酒店管理人員非常負責任，不斷送吃的給我們，－直問我們有什麼需要幫助，我非常的感動，還特地跑去中國餐廳給我們買來了炒飯和炒麪！關鍵不收我們一分錢！再次感謝！因為我女兒來這裏讀大學，衹要我有機會再過來我一定還會入住這家！

Lovely hotel and delicious food. We loved the location and the pool area and facilities. Only issue we had was the heat. It was particularly mild for November and the staff weren’t able to adjust the temperature. We were given a dusty and broken fan to combat the heat but sadly no one came forward with an apology when we brought it to staff that we had to leave the window open wide all night to try combat the heat. I know it wasn’t the individuals fault but good customer service would apologise to the customer and none of the 4 staff we spoke to about it offered an apology and they seemed disgruntled about it too.

Easy to find, free parking, good stay as a stop along our route to Glencoe. Friendly service, decent food. Shower pressure not great though, it's ok. Nice bed.
