Very beautiful hotel, staff are super friendly everything was perfect, except the gym which was very small and unequipped

挺好的，還送了我們兩個帽子，mini bar的飲品也比較豐富，樓上樓下還有餐廳，尤其喜歡他們家的床，睡起來非常軟！

Just the best experience - staff was attentive, courteous, and full of hospitality. Hotel was pristine and love the waterfall shower in our bath. Restaurants were first class and delicious. Lake Zurich simply across the street for wonderful views and lakeside strolls. We can’t wait to come back.

Room was very nice, service was fantastic and the bed was very comfortable too. Only thing was that the pillows were both too soft. Otherwise the stay was amazing. Additionally, the breakfast (included) was great, but the portions were too small. I ordered an Eggs Benedict and the bread was slightly too sweet and the hollandaise sauce was not as liquid as it should have been (maybe it was under the heat lamp for too long), but it was still delicious.

Flew to Milan for a vacation with a buddy and we drove up through the lake region of Italy into Switzerland. After a night or two in Lugano we drove on to Zurich and randomly chose La Reserve. The hotel is incredibly well designed, perched on the northern side of the lake, and hosts a Michelin starred restaurant. The staff are very experienced and informative, and they are obviously happy working for the hotel(which says a lot about the management and ownership). The rooms were fantastic, everything seems to have a purpose, the quality of the materials off the charts. The sleep was fantastic and it’s a great feeling to wake up and open the curtains and see the water and city. We actually extended our stay in Zurich just so we could go back and stay at the hotel one more night. Enjoy!

To begin with the conclusion, if I have the opportunity to visit Switzerland again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. From May 26 to June 8, I stayed at various hotels in Paris, France, and several regions in Switzerland. Compared to Palaces-rated hotels like Hôtel Le Park Hyatt Paris Vendôme and Hôtel Le Cheval Blanc in France, my experience here was even better. The hotel's location, the perfection of the rooms, the comfort of the bedding, the detailed concierge service, and especially the Michelin 1-star restaurant's cuisine were fantastic. Everything was just top-notch. From a price perspective, considering the satisfaction this hotel provides, it is very reasonable. Although I am satisfied with every aspect of this hotel, I believe that the ultimate determinant of satisfaction from the infrastructure and systems is always the role of the people. From this perspective, I think the role of the doorman, who gives the first and last impression, is very important. The staff member in question at this hotel was the best among all the hotels I visited. I am truly grateful. (I was so thankful that I even asked to take a photo with him.. :) ) Of course, everyone treated me kindly and with great courtesy. Among the hotel staff, the managers seemed slightly arrogant, but I considered it confidence in their service. I want to thank all the staff members who made the end of my vacation wonderful.

The room was small and very crowded at night I can't Sleep the hotel no facilities all restaurant was busy no spa also only the room view and staff was friendly and helpful the view was fantastic and lovely the breakfast was too much price thabk you

Really original, loved the modern classic deco, the restaurant at the top, and the views. The suite lacks a desk, with plugs to charge devices in the living room. Very attentive hallporters and front desk. The location is perfect and it gives you a sense of being at your own apartment in Zurich in front of the lake. Delicious chocolate on arrival as a perfect swiss welcome. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. Thank you !
