Needs maintenance and it needs air conditioning, We stayed in room 121. Ground floor and it had no air conditioning. Also paint in ceiling in the shower was falling off. Breakfast was typical continental with some options for fruit. Staff tried to help but could not move us as fully booked. Thanks

Located at the beautiful lake of Ägeri this Hotel has nice and rooms, friendly staff, amenities (that I didn’t get to use because I was busy otherwise) and I nice breakfast buffet, would definitely recommend this place to others.

Der Herr an der Reception war überhaupt nicht motiviert und es gab einen sehr kühlen Empfang.
Das Zimmer war mittelmäßig gereinigt und im Schrank vom Vorgänger noch Socken und Kaugummi.
Am morgen beim Frühstück waren die Eier und Würstchen nur lauwarm. Der Käse ausgetrocknet und die Wurstwaren auch schon länger auf dem Buffet.für ein 4Sternehotel sehr schade.

Wir wurden wiederum verwöhnt. Ebenfalls ist zu erwähnen das grosszügige und helle Restaurant sowie die freundliche Bedienung. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig - tiptop. Das Zimmer entsprach unseren Erwartungen (moderne und zweckmässige Einrichtung).

Schönes Hotel. Für Seminare oder Ausbildungen perfekt, ist das Hotel doch wirklich für solche Anlässe ausgerichtet. Für einen Ferienaufenthalt sind die Zimmer zu wenig wohnlich und mit zu wenig Platz, trotz dem Superior-Zimmer. Essen und Service hervorragend.

Wir haben ein sehr gutes Nachtessen genossen. Der kleine Apero Teller haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Teller waren sehr schön angerichtet. Der Service war super und sehr freundlich. Kommen bestimmt wieder.
