สงบอยู่ไม่ไกลจากสถาณีรถไฟ หากินง่าย แต่ไม่มีแอร์นะคับเพราะอากาศเย็นตลอดทั้งปี

Terrible service from receptionist. After unfortunate incident of entering our room when do not disturb sign was displayed. The response we got was "This is our hotel, Not your hotel. We can enter any room at any time." First time hearing such a comment from receptionist lady with glasses.
Nonetheless, everything else was good, what would have been a perfect stay, was ruined by a staff misrepresenting the image of the hotel.

Room clean, well designed, and really has an amazing view. I bet it’ll even more beautiful on winter. All the hotel staffs are friendly. Unfortunately I stay with them only for 1 night. I’d love to visit this place again.

We had booked 2 nights stay at the hotel at least 3 months before our trip with full payment made. To our surprise, upon our arrival, we were transferred to another hotel, citing system problems. Not even a call before the incident or compensation during the booking tenure. At least there is courtesy to inform us of the change and seek our consent for change of hotel.

Overall experience is good.
Through we did not get the ideal room (high floor) due to full booking, we got a bigger room on the first floor.
Cleanliness and location was great, walkable to the train station and it was accessible to the main street.
Amenities were good - kettle was provided to boil hot water, tv could login to your own netflix account, there was tea time provided at 4pm daily.

Best hotel in this trip! Very close to train station and hotel room is new and clean. Restaurants are around. Very nice stay and will definitely come back when visiting Zermatt again.
